Quality of product is so so bad. The returns polcy is jsut a policy to dupe you into buying.

I purchased a wallet for my husband and he did not like it. I have submitted the form 4 times on their website, but have not heard back from them. There is no #800 number and no way to contact them. They don't respond at all. BUYER BEWARE!! I'm thinking of contact consumer protection to get some resolution.

Køb ALDRIG deres produkter. Jeg modtog godtnok både “Premium Læder Pung” og AirTag, men allerede ved modtagelse mærker jeg hvor ringe kvalitet det er. AirTag nøgleringen åbner i tide og utide, så jeg flere gange har tabt mine nøgler. Pungen fik den første revne i læderet efter et par uger og syningerne begyndte at gå op.
Jeg har nu i flere måneder prøvet at komme igennem til dem med en reklamation, men der er intet svar overhovedet. BILLIGT KINASKRAMMEL pakket ind i en flot hjemmeside og gode billeder

Absolutely no customer service. Despite what the website says, refunds are not 'hassle free', they are non-existent. I've emailed 'support' via the contact form on their website (that's the only form of contact they provide), without response. Not even an automated 'we've received your email and will be in touch soon...'. I just want to return and get a refund because this wallet is not going to work for my dad. Maybe I can sell on the secondary market...

I bought a wallet. Bad quality. I tried to return it but never had an answer to my emails. Awful customer service.

Agree with other reviews. Wallet is tearing at the seams. Have twice attempted to contact Normest but no response. No customer service and do not honor their warranty.

Absolute crooks. Wallet is garbage, tears at seams. Tried to have replaced with “ lifetime warranty” that is non existent. This company needs to be shut down. Made claim with Bank of America, who I have been with for 30 plus years and they are not honoring my chargeback. They said the warranty is given by a company other than the one that took my money. The whole thing is unbelievable. Who are these crooks?

Produkt entspricht nicht den Bildern. Slide wallet klemmt schon bei drei eingelegten Karten. Schlechte Qualität. Kundenservice reagiert nicht. Keine Retoure über den Account möglich. Dem Paket kein retourenschein beigelegt. Einfach nur miserabel, nie wieder! Vorsicht bei Geschäften mit Normest.

Normest is the worst of the worst. The wallet quality is bad, and if you returned you won’t received any answer or refund from them, they won’t get back to you. This merchant/ website is a scam.

Donot buy from this site. You can't return or get refunded. I ordered a wallet and it says it can hold 8-12 card which is 100% lie. I couldn't find any address to return so I send a mail to customer service no reply even after 40 days. After reading all the reviews I realized that this is not new this company. Hardly earned money 120CAD is gone now. Very disappointed and frustrated

My wife got this for me as a gift. The wallet looks nothing like the picture on the website and has defects as well. No way to return this... seems like a lot of people have had the same experience.

Tried to return the wallet and get myself a refund as the newly delivered wallet had several marks on it. No response after several attempts. Do not purchase from these guys.

All we wanted to do is exchange one of the wallets. No response after consecutive attempts to reach them.

Wish I could give ZERO stars! Trying for weeks to return the wallet. Website says there is a return policy, yet the links lead you in circles. Company does not respond to emails, and I can't find a phone number. Never again!!!

The company is a scam and the products are terrible. They have ignored every attempt to return the wallet I purchased. Stay away from NORMEST.

I would rate it a zero if I could. This is a pure scam. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the wallet and keychain. First they arrived three weeks late and they are HORRIBLE. Nothing like the website. I am stuck with a +$120 expense and I can't return this crap. I have written to them 6-7 times and NO response. I will have to call my credit card and report them. These guys product awful products and lack integrity.

Very low quality wallet, not leather.
