I purchased the wallet earlier this year, had very few items in it and it ripped. I went through their “lifetime warranty” process online TWICE, and never heard back. There is no number to call or email to send to from what I could find (not that they would answer anyways). Customer service is nonexistent. Their wallets are cheaply made and do not care for the consumer at all. Absolutely do not buy their products

Customer service doesn't exist, no way to return items

Do not purchase!!! I bought a $100 AirTag Passport cover and it is cheap. I wanted to return. There is no way to process return online, get an address, or call them. There is zero customer service.

I wrote a poor review on their website, but they screen reviews and don't post. I suspect many are fake.

After writing a half dozen times with no response, the 45 days expired.

I rarely post reviews online, but I feel people should be warned against this one.

Product took forever to be delivered. Damaged in shipment. The wallet is junk. Poorly made, thin material. Have requested a refund with no answer.

Filed a complaint with BBB AND FTC.

One week after receiving my wallet, it ripped in two spots - in addition, the Apple AirTags dont fit - fall out often. I wrote- no reply.

SCUM - Please save your money.

A complete disgrace as a company. It started by sending me to a Canadian website & showed a price I assumed was Canadian, when I ordered the wallet it changed to amount to account for exchange. I went to cancel the order & they would not accept a cancellation & said I would need to return for a full refund. It showed up but there is no way to actually get a refund or return the product through the websites. I have sent multiple emails & still have not heard from them.

After receiving the wallet I chose to return it because of its poor quality. I found it difficult to contact them using their website. Eventually discovered an email address, but they have yet to respond several weeks later! They have no after sale service. Like none at all.

Wish I had dug deeper into this company. The reviews on their website are obviously false. I ordered a Premium Leather Air Tag wallet. The design suites me and is what I was looking for, but quality is dollar store product. Within a few days my credit card had punctured the leather and all for corners were frayed. They say send photos but there is no capability to upload photos on their site and there is no record of repeated queries to CS.

Carbon fibre key holder arrived early and to be was under £20 and feels very cheap and design has a fault that when you tighten the screw you have to tighten it all the way to stop it from from coming undone - but this makes it almost impossible to get the key out - I tightened the screw enough to be able to get the key out but after an afternoon in a bag the screw had worked itself loose and the keys fell out- not a good key holder

I was also scary after read these reviews, but cardholder is quite fine. Good material, slot for airtag is solid! Everything is working. I am really satisfied. I can't judge whether the price is adequate for the quality, but so far it looks functional!😉

I wrote 3 requests for return but no reply/reactions.

They say they are busy - but I've waiting by now 2 month to get info how to return

Normal use for 2 months, then it broke. Send 3 emails to customer service NO reply.
Conclusion,bad quality and bad customer service.

Leather ripped on ID Window after 2 weeks. Really poor quality. They claim hassle free returns BUT I think they mean hassle free for Normest as they never respond. I have sent 4 emails over the last 2 weeks and no one responds.

Further to my previous review about my experience with this appalling joke of a 'company', i'm wondering how they are still able to blatantly advertise their scam company on Google and Faceache etc?! I contacted Google and reported Normest but they have obviously not taken any action as they are still advertising. I just think that it's absolutely disgusting that these scamming scumbags are able to do what they do and not face any consequences and are allowed to continue scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Wallet never turned and they refuse to refund, they will only send another wallet out. I don’t need it now as they took so long I had to buy from somewhere else. Terrible scam company
