North America Mattress Reviews

quickly satisfied our needs for a foam piece for our dog's bed. Very accommodating and friendly servicce

We bought two custom mattresses and two bench cushions for our RV build out. They are very comfortable and the customer service was excellent as well.

The people at Foam Warehouse NW were most helpful to me, even sending me a sample of the foam I wanted to buy when I was unable to physically make it to their facility. The foam I bought was very high quality and unlike any I tried online from Amazon. The guys I talked to were very personable and knowledgable about their products. They were forthcoming about measurements and guarantees and I never felt any pressure to buy something I did not want or need. They took the time to talk with me about what it was I needed and were not impatient with multiple calls while I sorted out my decision.

Great Business!! Thru no fault of theirs I ended up ordering something I didn't like. They made it right and fixed my problem no questions asked. I really appreciate their care and consideration. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

The experience was honest. They quoted me a price and kept to their word.

Love the mattress for my son. Easy to clean and its light weight.

I ordered a memory foam mattress for my mother's hospital bed in the nursing home where she resides. It needed to be 1/2 inch shorter than what your stock size is. Also, we needed it to be waterproof, since she is incontinent. Your company made both changes, free of charge. It was shipped in a timely manner, and fit perfectly on her bed. Unfortunately, due to mobility issues, she cannot sleep in the bed! She sleeps in her lifter recliner.
The customer service was outstanding!

I purchased this mattress right at 2 years ago is following me from truck to truck love it one of the best decisions I ever made to get off a spring mattress fast shipment

No trust with costumers and constantly raising pricing.

This company is awesome to work with! They listened to my needs and worked with me to get the correct mattress. The mattresses arrived very quickly and was just in time for my guest. I highly recommend this company!

Way overpriced and not comfortable at all. And poor customer service. Wrote several times to complain about quality and got no reply. Wrote while they were still under warranty because we wanted refunds. That didn’t happen. Don’t buy from them.

The custom mattress you made for our Sprinter Van conversion fit beautifully and for lack of a better word is extremely cozy. Our only issue is that the mattress covering tends to snag and pill.

We ordered a custom mattress to fit our conversation van. We were given a recommendation for our desired comfort. A couple of weeks later, it was ready for pickup. When we got it, it had the wrong color of cover. “No problem!”, was the response and the right one arrived 2 days later at no extra charge. We have had the mattress for several years now using it for several 6+ week trips, and it still feels as great as when we first received it.

I have a autistic/non-verbal teen boy. And the bed wetting mattress was a serious game changer! I would give 100 stars if I could! Trust me from one mommy of a special needs child to another you won’t regret getting this! Also I called them because I had a few questions about zippers and what not on the mattress and they told me that when I decide to replace his mattress to give them a call and they could make a custom one for him!
