North America Mattress Reviews

Most comfortable mattress i have ever slept on.

I got what I paid for. For the price, it's a better mattress than the one that came with the 2018 Cascadia I was driving. It did help with the sleep some. I figure I'd have to get one that was very soft just to get comfortable. It just didn't ever get completely comfortable. I'd guess it was about half way there; so by default the price would have to be doubled to get what I was needing. The mattress did fit the bunk just right, so they got the measurements perfect. It was more comfortable than what I had before, but, it wasn't all of what I was expecting.

John, I understand that you didn't know who I was when I walked in, I had only been there twice before, BUT when someone walks in , seems to know his way around, and asks for a specific employee by name, the answer should not be "He is working". Other than that, great job. The upholstery in the Airstream looks great I have already recommended you to someone else.

Great customer service and arrived fast and on time.

I am 6' 280 lbs. (I'm big boned...no really)
I've slept extremely well on this mattress.

Had mattress made for our semi truck to OUR softness level.
And it worked great.
Then we switched vehicles and they were kind enough to redo the whole thing to fit the new vehicle.
And they did it in short order.
When situation come up again to get a new mattress they’re getting our business.

Everything was as described! Fast ship. I ordered 5” thick foam. No smell, the heavy outer nylon cover very durable. Overall very pleased, worth extra $$ for quality & made USA!!

I ordered a mattress for a day bed. The mattress was not the quality I expected after reading about it on the website. The foam was not as heavy or firm as I wanted.

was overcharged for cheap mattress that was delivered... Am sorry I ever found this mattress!!!

The mattress is nicely constructed and perfect for our disabled son who still wets the bed every night. Thank you for everything!

Not sure yet. Still trouble shooting.

Bought this mattress for the 2nd time for 2nd kid and love how easy its to clean up! perfect for the little ones.

Our experience was exceptional. Owner and staff very attentive to our needs. Courteous, and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The company was very good to work with. Our mattress arrived in fine condition, and we have used it. It was so great to get exactly the custom size to fit our rv bed. We just decided it was a little too firm for us and recently bought a wonderful memory foam pad to put on it and now its perfect for us.

Outstanding customer service. They custom built two mattresses to meet our needs, both in size and firmness. They work great and are of high quality. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
