What has gone wrong with North? I ordered beer for Christmas Day. It took days for any email update and eventually I had an email from Evri to say the parcel was damaged and wouldn’t be delivered. Assume the problem is with delivery, but it’s now been a month: four emails to North, two DMs on Instagram and still no refund. I haven’t had a single reply from the email, which is now a brewery group.

Don’t order from them. It just feels like theft now.

I'm just interested in what has happened to your Ultraphase beer.
The last two times I've purchased this beer in Tesco it's been way under par (I've been drinking this beer for a few years).
The mouth feel, body colour and of course taste are all affected.
If this is going to be the future of this IPA I will no longer be purchasing North beers as I presume there has be recipe/ cost cutting in the production.
Hoping the above is a glitch at the brewery and not the future of North beers

An amazing product taken over and made very average! Such a shame. Signature beer…Sputnik! Messed about with and turned from a 10/10 to a 5/10! Well done you tea total buffoons 🤷‍♂️

As a former employee, shocking company to work for. Spouting "core values" all over the place, but when respect, support and empathy are really needed - quite the opposite. I don't expect to be paid the money they still owe me. Don't be a Dick...

I've recently started with the monthly beer subscription and I was absolutely loving it, ran into a slightly issue with a delivery.
And customer service is where you find out whether a company is bad and or good, and North Brewing excelled in their customer service.
After me sending a email, I got a almost instant honest reply and a resolution within a day. It was absolutely top notch service, Rosie in customer service was a please to deal with.

Left me feeling like a valued customer. 10/10 well done

Just down the road from me and has to be one of the best breweries in Leeds. Highly recommend for evening out.

Nothing but great things to say about these products, the venues they run and the truly lovely staff who go above and beyond.
