Joshua, the FD Inspector has a good knowledge of the expectations of existing Fire Doors and clearly explained their failings. Some doors clearly need replacing and we are looking forward to NWFD carrying out the remedial repairs and replacements of the existing doors inspected.

Great service- particularly from Carl and Lewis. They were flexible and pragmatic in making arrangements for remedials and surveys - they helped make and explain a plan of action to get the doors in order and certified.

There was a slight issue following some work I had done with my fire door however Josh was very responsive and helpful and ensured that this issue was quickly rectified. Dan did the work - he arrived promptly giving me advance warning of his arrival and did a great job. Very happy with the service overall! NWFD was the first company I called to get a quote for the work, and more importantly to understand the ‘what’ and the ‘how’. Will from NWFD was straight talking and extremely precise about all aspects including how to avoid unnecessary costs. Obviously, I didn’t need to make a second phone call, and the job has been completed in very short order, and as previously specified.

NWFD came out to inspect our fire door (new build apartment) which failed. They sourced and fitted a new door, which, although almost identical is far better than the previous. The joiners who did the fit were tidy and diligent. Would definitely recommend.

We had approached double-glazing businesses and failed to get any response to our query about a fire door for our apartment. North West Fire Doors feels a very personal business: they were very responsive, I appreciated the regular email updates, along with phone calls as appropriate. The installers were very professional, deciding that the materials for the inside door frame were wrong and making arrangement to call back within a few days to fit a better door frame.

My only concern is that more than once I queried some of the detail in the terms and conditions small print and got the response "Don't worry about that, it is out of date". It would be good for the business to get their documentation up to date.

The service from the team at North West Fire Doors was excellent from start to finish. Will, Seb, Michael and the fitter whose name I didn't get, were extremely helpful and showed excellent knowledge and made the experience easy to follow. In particular the finished product is very good and the care taken cleaning up and removing the old door materials left us extremely pleased.

I have had a North West Fire Door fitted and I am very pleased with the door. Not only is the door very smart, it is an excellent fire door. I feel safer with my new fire door, than the previous door, which was not a fire door. I am recommending North West Fire Doors, to anyone who is looking for a new fire door
