Purchased the "old style" standard lace eyelets over three years ago-still great boot. Recently purchased the newer style with "speed laces", which failed on third time wearing when eyelet pulled through-it appears there was no ring to support rivet. Customer service was great offering replacement or refund. I chose refund to buy the standard eyelets.

I ordered shoes for my husbands…
I ordered shoes for my husbands birthday well in advance. We do not have a lot of money so we really take it seriously when we do get gifts. I ordered a pair of these shoes, and they first of all showed up two days later than they were supposed to. And then they come with two diffferent shoe sizes so I can’t use the shoes for his birthday which is this Thursday. The lady in the phone said that she would see it be expedited to ge them Thursday for his birthday, but I just got an email saying they won’t come for 7-10 business days. She was obviously being dishonest so they didn’t have to refund me. So now I don’t have a refund or a gift in time. I’m so disappointed. My husbands deserves the best and as a full time worker and student, I won’t have the time to go find him new shoes in our budget. So disappointing from this company all around.

Receiving two different shoe sizes was already unacceptable, and we completely understand how much more upsetting it was when the original order arrived late and the replacement could not reach you in time for his birthday.
We understand that you were expecting the shoes to be expedited in time for Thursday, only to later receive an email advising that delivery could take 7–10 business days.
We tried to locate your order using the information available in your review, but unfortunately, we were unable to retrieve the order details. Please reply with your order information so we can review what happened and look into the replacement and refund situation for you.

Great costumer service
I initially really liked these shoes and found them comfortable for my work in healthcare, where I spend long hours on my feet. Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with the heel after wearing them for a short time, so I reached out to the company for help.
I was very impressed with how they handled the situation. Their customer service was friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve my concern. They arranged a replacement without making the process difficult, which I truly appreciated.
While I did have an issue with the original pair, the way the company responded gave me confidence in their commitment to their customers. Fixed Amazons mistake!
Needed ordering their product through Amazon and Amazon failed them by sending me a pair of used boots. After contacting them Nortiv8 sent me a brand new pair at no cost. So far the boots are very reliable and comfortable!

Great customer service

Great customer service
Great customer service! Have several pairs of the Nortiv boots and have been very happy with them (usually buy Under Armour but pricey!). I tried these boots and like them very much, so I got another new pair, had an issue with them and customer care took care of it promptly! Sent me a new pair and even got to keep the other pair. Very comfortable boots and I’m on my feet all day and rough on boots, highly recommend boots. Thanks again John

Customer service really makes it happen.
So , almost 3 months ago I bought this hiking boot. I immediately loved them. But after my very first hike on a trail that had no cliffs, steps, or anything (it was just a paved path for a majority) i noticed a metal notch had snapped off. I continued to wear them, just unable to fully lace them up. I gave them a 3 star, then a 4 just because of how good they still were. At the 90 day mark, I discovered that there was a warranty and I messaged them. They responded immediately and gave me a small refund. While they can't send me the part or a replacement shoe, the refund can go into a cobbler visit to have that metal notch replaced! The fact they responded and helped me after a fairly long waiting period, on my part, is amazing. I'm happy with my purchase even more so now.

My experience didn’t start off too great at first. I received a pair of shoes that had clearly been used. But after reaching out to customer service, I soon realized it wasn’t the brands fault. Yet the brand took full accountability and offered me solutions. They were VERY quick to resolve this issue. And I appreciate that.

They stand by their brand
Soooo, I've been ordering Bruno Marc boots for some years now and the quality has always been good. I've had the brown ones twice, the black ones before, I have the winter ones and lately I've been getting the wheat. I love the zipper on the side cause it just makes off and on so convenient. I did have an issue with the zipper on my last wheat pair, but after contacting customer care an explaining my problem they came with a great solution that worked out great. So I'll keep getting them, cause the stand by their brand..
