Liam Wood was brilliant and kept us informed. We unfortunately had a bad experience with an incompetent solicitor. Despite this, he negotiated with the lenders legal team. I would recommend Norton Finance for their efficiency and customer service. They softened the stress levels, and eventually when we got the funds, they followed up to check all was ok

Liam Wood has been extremely helpful. I’ve had the most stressful experience of my life trying to obtain funds for essential works to my house, but Liam assisted me through the whole process and finally we completed today. If you're looking for help when you feel like you're notting getting anywhere Norton are amazing. This isn't the first time they've rescued me. A rather protracted process. The initial call was very promising, and positive - giving me high hopes. I then went over 2 weeks with no communication saving for a follow up by myself. Was eventually told the lender wouldn’t accept due to needing 6 months mortgage history - which I was clear upfront I only had a couple which wasn’t deemed to be a problem. The team seemed friendly, but lack of updates and clarity a significant waste of time. Would only recommend if your circumstances are a little more clear cut, rather than specialist lending.

Whatever you need from this company you have to go though hell. I spoke to a women for 30 minutes she asked me loads of stupid and unnecessary questions, i thought later that there is no point and i denied there help there is loads of other better companies with minimum formalities i felt like i was getting interviewed by the police.

Great communication throughout the process that gave peice of mind when there was delays. Liam was fantastic

My experience of Norton Finance was quite honestly fantastic. They took the time to explain every part of the process to me and made sure I understood and was happy with the process. They kept me informed of my applications process throughout each of the key stages. Good old fashioned customer service, highly recommend them.

Sonny was great. Helped to sort out paperwork and was on hand to chase the bridge company as and when required. Highly recommend.

As a vulnerable person I made the mistake of applying for a loan. Since then they've tried calling me 30 times within 2 weeks. At what point does it become harassment?

So, I don't normally bother with reviews as you really don't know how real they are!!! I have made an exception in this case as I want to put a real review out there. My experience of Norton Finance has been nothing but Brilliant and highly professional. I dealt with Paul, Sony and Liam who I could not fault and I sincerely thank for all their efforts.
