If I could leave negative stars I would. I honestly really like the messages and designs on their clothing, but that’s where it stops. I have purchased from them probably 4 times now and only once was the experience good. They took over a month to even ship my second and third orders and then my most recent purchase I have been waiting 7 weeks now and no shipping. I emailed the company maybe 4/5 times at their customer service email and I got 2 responses saying my order would be on the way soon, and that was 4 weeks in. Here I am now approaching 2 months and still nothing. So I was left having to go to my bank and dispute the transaction to hopefully try and get my money back. I hate having to go that route, but I have 60 days after a purchase to do so and we were damn near there. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable by wanting a couple of hoodies to ship in less than 2 months after purchase. So needless to say I will not be returning as a customer, and anyone else who values their time and money should steer clear as well.

I ordered the Oversozed Thorns hoodie from No Sad Days, and honestly its so comfortable and soft. I love how huge the hood is too, this is definitely going to keep me comfy and toasty when the weather gets colder. Its soft, thick, and heavyweight, such a comforting feel.

The design on the back of the hoodie is beautiful. I've washed and tumble dried it a few times now and havent noticed any damage to the design. I do wash and dry it inside out to help preserve the color and print.

I did have to wash the hoodie twice to get rid of that weird packaging smell. Like it was in storage for so long the fabric had adopted a strong synthetic scent.

I did have trouble with their website's Sizing Chart though, for some reason it was showing a different size chart on mobile versus on Desktop. So I would say double check their Size Chart page instead of the product page's size chart just to be sure.

Overall I love the Thorns hoodie and Im looking forward to make another purchase since I really love the Alienated hoodie, and theyre currently having a BOGO on hoodies.

I continually have issues with this brand and can not get anyone to answer my emails. The past message I sent reads as followed. "I just received my order (July 2, 2026) I placed on May 26, 2026 (#12140). One of the shirts arrived missing part of the print and I didn't recieve the sticker I ordered. I've been shopping from DREAM Clothing (No Sad Days) since 2020. I love Sammy's mission and really connected to his struggles with BP. I've reached out through email multiple times but don't get a reply. My last order from DREAM Clothing also had printing problems (design peeled after 1 wash) and I was hoping it was a 1 time thing and gave it another shot with this order. I would really like the shirt I ordered without printing errors and the sticker at the least."

In response, I don't know why you keep digging your heels instead of fixing the issue that numerous people are having. The mystery bag shirt literally came with only half the print. Instead of it saying "protect your noodle" it says "pro t your n dle" and the sticker I payed for was not in the package, nothing to do with a "free" sticker.

Stay Away!!!I continue to UNSUBSCRIBE and they continue to send emails. Not worth the hassle. And some of their clothing is printed DTF and it is not MUCH better than iron on.

Never ordered here or even signed up, continuously getting spam mails despite unsubscribing from the E-Mail link. Reported!

Best clothes I have ever worn in my life. Not only are the designs and artwork awesome, but so is the brand in general. Perfectly tailoring to mental health and having positive better days ahead. My favorite piece right now is the "Protect Your Noodle" hat. I wear it everyday. Great hats, amazing quality on the hoodies and shirts. Just amazing quality overall.

Working from home everyday completely ruined my style and I was just wearing old college shirts. I decided to upgrade my basics and stumbled across their page on instagram. The heavy weight of the fabric is what really sold me. It feels like wearing a gentle weighted blanket which really helps my anxiety during stressful meetings. The fit is absolutely perfect and looks intentional rather than just sloppy. I feel put together but still as comfortable as humanly possible.

I bought a hoodie from this company and it arrived looking totally different than the photo that was advertised on the website. I reached out to start a return and get my money back, got an initial response but nothing since then. Very disappointing.

Would not ship items & refused to make it right. Strongly suggest not doing business here.

First time I ordered, it took a month to get two items delivered. They don’t update any tracking or shipping information on the product and when I asked for a cancellation or refund, I wasn’t able to get one because it was already sent. I let that go and believed their excuse that because it was the holidays, shipping takes longer. Second time I ordered, I read their shipping policy which states that orders gets processed in 7-10 business days. I waited two weeks - no confirmation email. Even there Shop App which they provide after purchase provides no information on shipping. I sent an email to no response and have just sent a follow up email asking for a cancellation and refund. Hopefully I will AT LEAST receive that considering I’m not even sure if my order was processed. It’d be okay if you get ANY communication or explanation as to the delays, but unless it’s to badger you with promotions, their customer service is nonexistent.

In business and life, we don't always land on our feet. However, our recovery is what truly sets us apart. I recently had a productive discussion with a representative from No Sad Days, and together we found common ground. I appreciate the transparency and honesty displayed in addressing this issue. Ordered 2 shirts and a sweatshirt. The brand messaging and designs were my style, so it was a no brainer decision to support. There was a slight delay on delivery but I was able to get in contact with customer support and they provided me some clarity. Overall I’m happier supporting small businesses and understand things don’t always go to plan

Amazing experience! Great products, quality is so good! Love the softness of the hoodies and how comfy they are. Also very warm!! Great customer service as well, Aspen was super helpful when I needed to change the size on my order. Would highly recommend and will be buying again!! Thank you guys

all of the sweatshirts are super heavyweight and comfy as hell. the tees are lightweight and comfortable in the summer! love these guys.

If i could give them a zero star i absolutely would no hesitation I recommend never buying from ever a day in your life all the other company does is lie steal cheat and take your money say they dont have it and never give you the product Its Called D.R.E.A.M/ No Sad Days avoid them like the plague

I received a shirt from this company as a Christmas gift. I reached out the following day to ask about exchanging it for a different color and was told the order did not qualify for a return or exchange. After reviewing their website, I discovered that exchanges and refunds are only allowed if “shipping protection” is purchased.

The item was a gift bought by my 69-year-old mother, and this policy was not clearly disclosed or prompted during checkout. This is an unreasonable and misleading return policy, and it feels extremely deceptive. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I received a sweatshirt from the company as a gift for Christmas. I pulled it out three days later and the entire print on the back is coming off. Customer service refused to help because it was outside the return window even though I had just received it on Christmas. Would no recommend because their products are not worth the money and they do not want to make it right.

Terrible shipping times, no response to emails or Instagram DMs and they delete negative reviews left directly on their website.

Seeing 1 star reviews for this brand is wild! Ordered on a Monday received 3 days later and I'm on the other side of the country. Great Brand, a new staple of my closet. It's okay not to be okay is the best design.
