16 character strong password I have to create on my phone, and then enter on my pc. No one can remember a strong 16 character password. It's rediculous, you're forcing opeople to write them down, which is a much higher risk than anything they can remember.
Clunky. Slow. Took us forever to scan the IDs, that we had already entered before the call.
Rediculous, I will insist on doing ths in person next time.

I liked the guidance from the notary/host, but I found the whole process awkward and unintuitive, even as a someone that works with technology on a daily basis.

Good and Bad
The notary was great, but the software was not easy to use. Taking the picture of the ID was difficult because on the computer it would snap the photo before being ready every time. Logging into the meeting link was an issue because I had to log out and log back in for it to work. Just not super seamless and easy.
