It was very difficult to use the link…
It was very difficult to use the link Amex provided to upload my ID. After creating the account, a blank page appeared. I had to use the AI for guidance, and they provided me a shortcut that worked. However, once I was able to upload my document, the experience was very pleasant, and I received excellent customer service.

The notary herself was excellent and polite and patient. I would give her 5 stars. But the platform and process is seriously inconvenient and frustrating. It took a couple hours to get documents uploaded and approved and the. I had to wait another 4 hours to speak to the notary. The design of the interface is not convenient for phone users but is also awkward on a computer in some steps. So I had to alternate between my phone and the computer to get all of tasks completed. The interface needs an overhaul. But the live Notary was excellent. My review should not reflect on her.

Ginger did a great job!
Ginger did a great job! Apparently, NotaryCam was having technical difficulties and we had a bit of trouble getting connected to one another. (And I had technical trouble with NotaryCam's website earlier today.) But once we were connected, Ginger was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful. All in all it was a good experience. To me, the website could be a bit more user-friendly because the process and steps needed to complete the forms were not always clear. I ended up taking a photo of my picture ID numerous times. I am not sure why, especially when Ginger took my ID photo again during our meeting.
