Fast, easy, quality experience
The service was smooth, easy to access, and welcoming.
It was my first time using this service, as well as requesting a notary for the forms.
I even accessed the service via mobile instead of a computer, and there were no issues at all. The process was incredibly smooth.
The notary guided us with kindness and was preemptive in providing assistance to any questions we had, as well as informing us with the completedness.
If it is you are like me and generally confused about things, you will find yourself reassured and provided with clarity!

Better than going in person
Better than going in person. If you don't have the time to go in person you can book with them through video call. Miss Amy help us and takes only 10 minutes.

How unprepared the notary was
How unprepared the notary was. May not have been him, but mediator arranged this we were told all we had to do is show up. Made a painful situation worse. The waiting and questions around what was purchased

Horrible
Horrible, the notary was 10 min late, the chat was no use as no one ever replied till after he finally joined. He was actively driving while doing my signing and asked i me to swear after i signed the document and ever even told me or walked me through what it was other then saying sign this then click submit
