I am furious with Notary Pro
I am furious with Notary Pro. Absolutely terrible experience. For some reason they modified one of the amounts on my form. I confirmed that my original form was correct and I’m not sure why they took the liberty to make a change on a form. They offered me a 20% off to have it fixed. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Update: We have already established by email you made an error. I have the original email sent with the correct documents and I sent photos of the time I last updated my document. Please do not reply with a canned reply trying to blame me, if I made the error I would have fixed it but I filled out the forms and AI reviewed so I am confident that you, for whatever reason, changed the amount on my form.
