They hold your documents for ransom
I was overcharged at the appointment. And then something happened with the payment system and i am not able to download the affidavit. I missed my filing window because of the technical mistake and no one even apologized or tried to give me notary pro credit back

Make sure you have right browser to avoid connecting issues.
Services are fast.
But there is connecting issues which I sorted out from my end.
That is something should be avoided or atleast inform clients to use appropriate browser in advance.
