The process though NOUS worked fine but trying to register my SIM card with my old mobile number has been a nightmare. Day 2 of not been able to call or receive calls. Talk mobile are trying to sort it out but apparently my email address is wrong despite them already sending and me receving emails to that address. I am a busy lady who doesnt have time to sort this out.

Easy to arrange a switch in tariff
I did try and set up earlier but was too early and would have had exit fees but was easy to put on hold and come back closer to the time

Everything with Nous has been so simple and they have made my life so much easier.

Overall I had a great experience with Nous. They helped me switch to a far cheaper sim deal for my phone and a cheaper deal for my broadband. All went very smoothly. A slight hiccup with my sim deal as the new company didn't have my details properly and didn't post out the sim very quickly. Other than that all was great and I recommend Nous

Fabulous try it you won’t regret it

Reduced my lecky from £139pm to £55pm. Gave me a £5 gift. And Scottish Power gave me a refund of £184 too. Yeah I don't believe it either, but it's true.

Straight forward process with all questions answered. There had been a breakdown in communication but nous have acknowledged this & are looking at how they can prevent this from happening again

Very simple and easy
I'm one of those people who are to busy with work and home life to have the time to check for the best tariff
But this managed to save me over £400 a year from my out of contract tariff
The process was quick I didn't have to do much than enter a few details and nous did the rest
I would definitely recommend people to try it
