This product is beyond amazing. It does what it claims. I have dyed my hair for more years than I wish to remember and have plenty of greys. It is so easy to use and not at all messy. Completely covered my grey roots and left my hair beautiful. The colour medium brown looks so natural and my hair was left soft and shining. No more hairdressers for me!
Customer service is exceptional.
I had a issue with the pump and the colour was not mixing properly. I had a response to my email to Customer service from Olivia within the hour. Nothing was too much trouble and she offered options to fix the problem. It turns out it was my error!!. Wonderful service. Thank you Olivia!

I bought the light brown colour and it's a lovely colour! Not really a shampoo as it doesn't foam but nice product anyway and easy to clean the skin afterwards too it doesn't stain! I will buy it again :)

After trying the product from non official Novahair websites, I was less than satisfied with the results.
When I found out there was an official website (novahairofficial.com) I ordered from them. I consulted with their customer service and explained the confusion I went through with the other websites. The representative understood and gave me instructions on how to use the product Novahair Dark Brown. It was definitely different than the others. It looks great It worked fantastic not like the others and did not turn my hair redish. Many Thanks to Sofia from customer service for the help. Being a natural redhead I haven’t had to dye my hair, nor have I wanted to, until my hair stared changing in my mid 50’s. Now though, my hair has lost its redness and darkened at the back but going a light sandy colour at the front. The couple of times I have had my hair dyed, they have only needed to dye the front.

To say I loathe having my hair dyed is an understatement and I’ve been looking for alternatives for the past year or so. I came across an advert for Nova Hair on Instagram and took the plunge, although I had had it for a few weeks before using it (still feeling nervous about colouring my hair). I opted for medium brown and put it on dry hair but only the front of my hair.
It’s perfect and looks natural. So easy to use, no harsh smells or stinging (do a patch test first though). I’m now converted and placed another order straight away.
I 100% recommend this product.

The application was simple, it covered 95% of my gray hair. The medium brown was spot on, the color was very natural. I followed the directions inside the box not on the outside of the box. I left product on for 30 minutes.

I received the replacement hair shampoo from your company and started to use it yesterday. This time the medium brown has a clear gel and this product is great and completely covers gray hair and is easy to use. Will recommend it to friends and family.

I purchased the black/blue shampoo which I should have purchased the black. I contacted customer service and they were able to assist me with getting the black shipped out to me no charge. I appreciate the great customer service!

This site and shampoo is a scam! First they have taken the same name as Nova Hair Extensions Salon located in California under Novahair.com and their site is Novahair.co . This Chinese China based company is under the parent name "One Funnel Limited" - located in Hong Kong China!
I ordered their buy one get one free and only received the one bottle! With no legitimate contact information I emailed them and was refused the 2nd bottle in their promised in their advertisement. Second, it is the exact same shampoo sold on Amazon and Walmart for half the price! In researching them and reporting them to Meta, I was told they got banned from running Facebook/Instagrams due to constant complaints about their 2 for 1 being a scam and sending dozens and dozens of customers a single bottle instead of the 2 promised in the ad. I have reported there scam to several US agencies and will be reporting to IC3.Gov tomorrow for Internet Consumer Fraud!

This isn’t the official nova product at all. Box looks cheap, bottle labels are not stuck on straight, “NO INSTRUCTION LEAFLET” inside and most of all “STAINS SKIN” badly.. I was scrubbing my head for hours trying to get the dye from my skin! It also smells really chemically. I ordered from this site by mistake and thought it was the same site where I normally order from (trynovahair.com)
It also took longer to arrive.

Compare this to trynovahair.com and you will see what I mean, quality box, packaging and includes an instruction leaflet. Most importantly doesn’t stain skin! Which is the main selling point of this shampoo. Also arrives quicker. So heads up to others before you jump in. Make sure you order from the right site!

I initially learned of Nova Hair on IG and decided to give it a the try. Could this be TRUE?? Simply rub in the color hair dye shampoo?? YES!!! Leave in for 15min. No mess, it's easy, saves time, color is long-lasting. Customer Service is also helpful and responsive. I have since ordered TWO additional bottles. I used to purchase box hair dye… no more!! Thank You Nova Hair for this life-changing product!!!

After seeing several ads for Novahaircanada, I decided to give them a try. I will say that the customer service, from Sandra S specifically was spot on. Perfect. Put me right at ease when the product was stuck in limbo during the Canadian postal strike. She gave me options and put me at ease. The product itself is great! It takes care of my grey issues, in my beard as well. I do recommend wearing gloves all the time as the product will stain your hands. Covers the great wonderfully and with ease. I also reached out to Sandra with my issue that the 'black' was too dark and she again gave me options and made it right. Now I am going to try mixing the 'dark brown' with 'black' and that should get it right at my natural colour. I wholeheartedly recommend this product. Just make sure you buy the actual product, not the knock-off version (cheaper/amazon). You get what you pay for.
