This company is scamming people into believing the product is other than represented and sold by a reputable pharmacy when in fact it is not.
DO NOT BUY FROM NOVAMEDIC!

I never got it and can't get my money back. I left a one star review but it isn't on the site.
They answer my emails til I ask for my money back, then they ghost me.
I don't know if the item is good since it has been over a month with extra pay for expedited shipping and I never even got a tracking code even though they told me right away it was ready for shipping.
Thanks for your reply, I am working with the fraud unit as it has been over 2 months. I have given my info over and over again and since bought another device.

Wanted to give them a zero, but that was not an option, so I awarded them a 1. This is one of the very worst vendors I have ever dealt with. I ordered a BLOOD PRESSURE CUFF & a BLOOD OXYGEN TESTER, but canceled my order within hours after reading other's reviews of their problems. Regretfully, I should have read those 1st. I received a canned response from the vendor & THAT WAS IT! I never received the products, an update of their status, or my refund for a MONTH. I finally turned the issue over to my bank's resolution team & am now in the middle of a totally unnecessary quandary. My bank has been great, but PayPal is causing new issues. My sincere advice to you is to never order directly from NovaMedic Pro unless you are ready to be severely disappointed!

Nachdem mein Blood Pulse Oximeter nach ein paar Wochen schon nicht mehr funktionierte, habe ich mich mit einer Email an Novamedic gewandt. Ich erhielt auch umgehend eine freundliche Antwort und heute die Bestätigung, dass mir ein neues Oximeter zugeschickt wird. In etwa 7-10 Tagen soll es bei mir eintreffen.

My rating of NovaMedic Co. was a 1 Star / V. Un- satisfied ( at best ). I Never gave them a 2 Star rating : 23 .. days ( after they * confirmed * my order ) went by & Yet they couldn't even get it shipped out ** .. / give me a simple * Tracking #. Now is day 26 (?) .. & No promised refund rcv'd. Bruce Humbert; elderly .. & a Veteran.

Too many questions about adding extra to my order for my liking. Otherwise would have done a 5 star

If I could put zero stars I would. They overcharged me and it took many emails to finally get the correct price. It then when it arrived it didn’t work properly. I would suggest giving this company a very wide berth and do not buy from them

It’s a scam! Was charged 187.00 Canadian for 1 wrist monitor (2 were sent). My messages were not answered! Still sitting here with 2 bp monitors!
Tried to cancel original order within 1/2 hour of purchase but told it had already shipped. I was robbed!!!

Ordered a product and my credit card was immediately charged. Was charged a warranty fee that I had declined. Two days later, I was advised the product had shipped. There was no official invoice, and the tracking information told me nothing. After waiting 18 days, I attempted to contact customer service. I received a canned response that someone would look into it. A second response said they had too many inquires and would get back to me when they could. I advised that I wanted them to cancel the order, refund my money and I was opening a dispute with my credit card company. Two days later they responded with a detailed invoice and a link to a tracking number that showed they never shipped the product. I advised I had contacted my credit card company to dispute. They now have sent me an email saying they will refund but it will take 14 business days - far outside the normal refund period. Customer communications are terrible. They charge you for things you didn't order, and their refund timing is ridiculous. Don't buy anything from this company!

Totally disgusted with this company. I too have been ripped off. Ordered one monitor only to find I’m charged for two and a warranty I did not ask for. It’s been over 50 days and no product and no refund. All shipping details are correct. Under no circumstances use this company. SCAMMERS.

I put 1 x oximeter in the basket, by the time I got the order confrimation there were 4 ordered, I emailed staright away, to my shock the reply staright back stated the ordert had been shippped and I couldnt cancel or amend the order. The shipping actually took place over 7 days later. They have been very unhelpful, it appears they are scammers and I can only assume any postive reviews are people with in the comnpany writing them.

Interesting, and dismaying, to see how many of the negative reviews match precisely my experience with the company. I, too, tried to cancel my order within about 15 minutes of placing it. I was being charged for two pulse oximeters, not the single one I ordered, and I was being charged for sending, when the website said this was a special offer of free mailing. I was told that was impossible, because the order had already gone to the warehouse. When I received the "items," I immediately emailed the company, saying I wanted to return the items for a full refund; I needed the return address, which they have failed to send me, after numerous communiques. They keep offering partial, and insulting, refunds, in which I am not interested. I even sent them a copy of their own return and refund policies. I'm out nearly US$90--not nothing for a senior citizen on a fixed income.

My account and the price had gone up by £10. I received no email confirmation and no invoice from them. Asked via email why I had two payments leave my bank account, got two instant automated replies saying the unit has already gone from the warehouse, so can’t have a refund me. This is most certainly a scam site and just wants your money. It’s disgusting how people can pray in hard working people and rob them of their hard earned money. I’ll keep looking for a refund, but DO NOT ORDER FEOM THIS SITE.

Ordered one oximeter for £29.98p got a bill from them for £39.98 on paypal! part for a warranty I did not request also they set up without my knowledge an auto pay subscription on paypal which I cancelled immediately Paypal useless! Cancelled via email just stuck in an auto generated loop that does not deal with your request just after ten minuets of purchase states to late to cancel item sent! SCAM SCAM

I wish I read the reviews before ordering items with this company, I regret ever going on their website, I over ordered due to a very confusing website, they take advantage of vulnerable people. I tried to cancel my order within 24hrs of ordering only to be told that the order has already been processed and has left, that is a totally blatant LIE. Communicating isn't a problem, however each time you reply to them a different person takes over and asks same questions as previous person, another tactic to confuse the vulnerable. I ordered on 9th March, still no tracking information. Please avoid this rip off outfit.

I have been trying to contact the company directly but only get automatically generated emails; I have not received a tracking number and it is 17 days since I ordered it. The website says up to 9 days and a delivery number generated after 24 hours. I am still waiting for both a personal reply to my actual query and / or the product to be delivered. Frustrated.
