Sauna came in very quick time and in very strong protection crate.

Loving the Sauna from day 1 -
great for when I work from home and it can heat up in about 30 minutes. The build took us a little while but we got there, you have to be patient. Everything was well labelled so there were no issues, the instructions and diagrams could have been clearer - a part from that all great!

Did a heap of research before pulling the trigger on this. The main thing that sold me was the 38mm thick Canadian CEDAR vs the 25mm thin panels almost every other brand out there is selling. You can honestly feel the difference the second you knock on the panel—it feels extremely solid, dense, and well made. We are now three months in and there has been zero warping and zero cracking. While we spent more than we initially planned, you can easily tell the extra cost was all due to the premium quality of the materials used. The delivery took a week longer than originally estimated. Other than that minor hiccup, the unit itself is flawless and I'm wrapped with the purchase.

A great investment for our home overall. As a couple, we use the sauna together regularly for pain relief and relaxation, and the results are definitely noticeable. It's extremely well built and continues to perform flawlessly. Nova delivered a very professional experience throughout.

The reason for 3 stars is that the electrical requirements weren't clearly stated on the site before buying. We had to hire a sparky to come out and upgrade our switchboard before we could even plug it in, which added unexpected extra costs.

From the moment I inquired about a sauna , through the ordering process, the arranging of delivery and then setting me up with a fantastic installation crew, my Nova experience has been extraordinary. In this day of constantly being frustrated and disappointed with businesses, Nova is a shining star!

Honestly so confused how I've had such a different experience. Went with Nova for the good reviews particularly with customer service. I've had appalling service.

Ordered on 11 January. Got no updates on delivery and had to keep following up. I couldn't even get an ETA so that I could organise an electrician. Sauna comes three months later. No rocks. It's 19 May and I still don't have a complete working sauna. I can't seem to get a straight answer off anyone.

Appreciate that staff had had family emergency but the terrible service was well before that. I got zero compensation for the ridiculous delays. Not even an apology.

On top of that, the sauna itself - wood had lots of cracks and dents so quality control low.

Can't review the function of sauna as I'm STILL WAITING. I just hope it's as great as everyone says and is worth the headaches and loss of interest that money could have been making these last 4+ months.

While communication was a bit slow initially, everything improved once I connected with the team. I received solid advice and went ahead with my purchase. NOVA stood out in my research for strong customer service ratings.

I contacted customer support when I had an issue with my sauna control panel and I was very impressed with the help I received. The response was almost immediate and the support team followed up TWICE to ensure everything was resolved properly. Very appreciative of the excellent service.

Helpful and professional service all around. I was supported in choosing the right kit and parts and also received a trade discount.

I had a bit of a rocky start with my order placed on March 27th.

Communication was lacking initially, and after some following ups, I was told there was a delay in shipments. However, I have to give a massive shout-out to the Nova Saunas team. Joe made it right by providing an upgrade to make up for the delay! My Red Cedar sauna arrived on May 13th, and wow, it's absolutely worth the wait!

It is a beautiful sauna, the smell of the cedar is amazing, and it was straightforward to put together. I am now happily enjoying my sauna. Thanks for making things right, Nova, the final product is stunning!

Compared several brands before deciding. Nova stood out because of the quality of the timber and the design. Got the 6 person Cube in red cedar and it looks incredible. The heater fires up fast and the interior is genuinely spacious. Couple of months in and still using it multiple times a week. Great company to deal with.

Was worried the 2 person would feel cramped but it absolutely does not. Plenty of room and the bench positioning means you're right in the heat zone. Iit looks clean and sharp in the backyard. Customer service was responsive and answered every question I had before I bought. Really glad I went ahead with it.

Excellent product, very good quality. Assembly wasn't an issue, the directions are great and it's all pretty easy stuff if you have a few mates to help. Joey was very responsive with guidance, would happily buy from here again!
