An ongoing issue for now over 3 months without resolve and very little in way of vendor proactive communication. To be advised by email today it would be another week to 2 to get the new units, then post and arrange a fitter which will be another month which will mean another 4 weeks min without being able to use it. Unacceptable customer service.

Exceptional purchasing experience with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Product is fantastic quality and exactly what we spent weeks looking for. Nothing was too hard for the Revel team, often answering questions outside office hours. Hard to find Customer Servuce like this anymore.

The only help channel was via chat which took overnight for response, or hours on other occassions. It was less than idea when expected that we set it up ourselves.

From speaking to the rep and telling him what we needed he guided us to get the right set up for our gym . Easy to put together and amazing products

I have emailed Revel with my concerns that the sauna does not reach the advertised heat. I have not received a response from Revel

Recently received our Luna 3 sauna. Came quickley and the guys who arrived to install where very nice to deal with, however they had zero idea on how to build the equipment and after chatting became aware they had never built this sauna befor and where uni students, which is fine but would prefer someone with experince after spending 11k. Guys didnt know how to read drawings and ended up having to pull back apart my self and re-build. I know i dont send apprentices to site without supervision and think the company should provide better training for their employees.

I purchased the Revel Nova 3 person sauna 8 weeks ago. The unit works great, expect the wifi controls which have never worked. Countless calls and emails and so mant promises that they are working on it-still doesnt work! Dont buy this product if you want wifi control and the ability to turn on remotely.

I purchased a Revel Tampere 3 Person Traditional Finnish Sauna expecting a premium, safe product. Unfortunately, after normal use, the Harvia heater scorched the internal timber wall because it did not have the manufacturer’s required

Revel also confirmed in writing that the heater mounting brace was installed during manufacturing.

Despite this, Revel has refused to replace the damaged panel or the sauna.

They have since advised the model has been discontinued, replacement panels are no longer available, and instead suggested I sand the burnt timber myself.

To make matters worse, the original factory mounting bracket is permanently fixed and cannot simply be “remounted” as they suggested.

A new mounting point had to be created to relocate the heater, and this has now caused the heater to begin marking extreme heat towards the fold-down seat as well.

After weeks of trying to resolve the matter directly, I have been left with no option but to escalate the dispute to Fair Trading under the Australian Consumer Law.

Very disappointed with both the product and the after-sales support.

If you have a traditional sauna with the fixed heating bracket get it inspected for safety.

Revel saunas has absolutely changed my recovery game. My day to day routine is sooo much better with revel included. My sleep quality has improved and i have noticed positive changes to my mental health.

Love my revel products which have given me my own wellness space at home to recharge refresh and revitalise myself to keep mental and physical health where needs to be for the demands of my life

Really happy with my new revel sauna. It was difficult to choice which one to buy as they all kind of look the same and all make the same claims. In the end I chose to go with Revel as they had been around a decent amount of time and the specs looked good.
I purchased remotely having not seen one in person. Dealing with the revel team over the phone was very easy. I called a few times with questions during the preorder period and the staff were always super friendly and answered all my questions. When the product arrived, the delivery guys were great, they were happy to carry it in to where it was going. Assembly was easy and it took about an hour to build.

I’ve now had it about 2 months and it’s been great! My wife and I use it and it’s a great relaxing escape from the world. It also leaves us feeling super relaxed and in always notice a great night sleep afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend revel to anyone looking to purchase a sauna.

Even though we have not made a purchase (YET!) the team at Revel have always been v ery helpful and stayed in contact after our enquiry. They assisted us in picking the right sauna and all of the benefits we could expect.
They email to check in and are always available to answer any queries.

I know a lot of attention and effort gets put into the promotional videos at Revel, however the Real Superstar is Matt in after sales/customer care!!! When a family invests thousands of $ for health and wellness at home it can be daunting, however this gentleman has been wonderful, never left us, always accessible and we never had a worry of not been taken care of!
When business reputation is everything these days, the people are your biggest asset and Matt we really Thankyou for your help! We look forward to referring friends and family towards the Revel brand.

I have not had a great experience, delivery and communication over the Christmas New years is terrible and am still yet to receive a sauna.

The whole experience was amazing! Corey sorted everything out from picking the right sauna to delivery and installation and helped with all the questions I had. The team for installation was fast and tidy.

I found Revel easy to deal with. Corey was helpful in answering all of my questions about the type of sauna we should get. We have now had our one-person full spectrum infrared sauna for a couple of months and honestly, we use it most days of the week. I was advised by my GP and a dietitian to have saunas 3-4 times per week to detox so it was a no-brainer to buy one rather than pay $50-$60 per session at the sauna place up the road.
