Just had a kitchen remodel, I cannot praise the team who came for the planning stage and the tradesmen who completed the work. I was consulted about my needs and layout. I was informed on a daily basis as to what was being done. The tradesmen were all friendly and informative and cleaned up and removed any rubbish. Also it had a very low impact on my daily routine.

Hi l have just had my window replaced by Novus property solutions and l cannot say how the two gentleman made a remarkable job of them, these two guys made me feel comfortable and there work was incredible they kept the mess to minimum and they worked so well together. Please encourage your van drivers not throw cigarette ends out of the window of their vehicles.
It's littering.

I am reluctant to do that. As i do not want him punished . The employee just needs to know not to litter. I am sure just a memo ,would work.

Awful organisation. No answer from any of their offices when you need to contact them. Vehicles block access and not an individual on site.

All workers have done a great job and were really friendly. I have no complaints

Had a complete refurb carried out recently which included new windows and doors,kitchen, bathroom and cloak room. Really pleased with finished result, everyone worked hard, cleaned up after and respectful of my home . Any issues that came up along the way were quickly rectified and I was kept updated throughout .Thanks Novus

I never leave reviews however in this case I feel it’s warranted, the novus team have been working on my home over the past few days and I need to state what a genuinely positive experience it has been each trades man has been friendly, knowledgable and has put my mind at rest throughout every step of the renovation going above and beyond, all have been polite, efficient and honestly a pleasure to have in my home , I would not hesitate to have them back for future projects, a company is only as good has its workers and well done novus for creating such a fantastic team they really are a credit to you.

I live in Hemingford grey Cambs and recently had windows replaced.The workmen were polite arrived at the time they said did a great job.They even hoovered the stairs all in all a great experience I would give them a resounding 5 stairs

The men that installed new windows and doors at my house in Hemingford Abbots carried out a really professional job, very hard working and polite

They are so friendly and chatty, and very good at their job, would definitely recommend

We made the costly mistake of allowing this awful company and it's sub-contractors access to our newly decorated flat to install windows in our absence. The boss of the sub-contractor Joe, assured us the work would be to the highest standard and kept thoroughly clean. When we arrived at the flat we discovered the workmanship was extremely poor with dents and scuffs to window cills, walls and new paintwork. Dirty fingerprints were left on walls and doors with the carpets, bedding and furniture being covered in bits of plaster and dust. empty food and drinks cartons and other rubbish left behind. To cap it all the fitters entered a locked bathroom with a screwdriver to gain entry to our bathroom- where they used our towels! This is criminal
We reported this damage to Novus Property Solutions, who visited the property to view and photgraph the damage etc. Erik the Novus site manager, assured us an adequate compensatory package for all the damage would be issued...IT WASN'T. Novus Head Office re-nigged on the agreement! Warning do not let this company enter your properties.

A generic response from Novus! What is the point when I have been dealing with your customer service team!! Perhaps Novus should "man-up" and pay up the compensatory package agreed with Erik the Novus site manager before he and Novus renigged on our agreement.

Communication was great. It was handy having Taryn’s number so I could ring her with any queries (which she dealt with promptly). The workmen men were polite and courteous. And of course my new kitchen is lovely!

Excellent Service From Start to Finish

We have just had a complete kitchen renovation carried out by NOVUS and we are extremely pleased with the finished result.

From the initial survey through to completion, the team were professional, polite, hardworking and always willing to answer any questions we had. Every tradesperson who came to our home was courteous, respectful and took pride in their work.

The project involved multiple stages including removal of the old kitchen, electrical work, plastering, flooring, plumbing and installation of the new kitchen. All work was completed to a high standard and the finished kitchen looks fantastic.

Communication throughout the project was excellent and any issues or questions were dealt with promptly and professionally. The workmanship and attention to detail have transformed the room completely.

We would like to thank everyone involved for their hard work and would have no hesitation in recommending NOVUS to anyone considering a new kitchen.

A professional company with skilled tradespeople who genuinely care about the quality of their work.
