FUYEZ et allez sur d'autres sites plus honnêtes.
Le site débite des frais mensuels alors que l'abonnement a été annulé. Par ailleurs, ils rajoutent des frais de 79 usd et 228 usd sans motif valable à part la mise à jour de leur base de données.
enfin, à ma réclamation, on me dit que je n'ai pas annulé l'abonnement, or si je l'avais pris ils auraient du me prélever 19,99 usd par mois, et ils en prélèvent 9 usd par mois (donc 10 usd de moins), ce qui ne correspond à rien que j'ai signé. c'est donc des pratiques illégales, malhonnêtes, qui nous prennent pour des vaches à lait financières... FUYEZ et allez sur d'autres sites plus honnêtes.

If I could rate them zero I would. Stay away from this company and anyone with a membership with them. You have to email to cancel. I only had a membership with Nowsite thru Eric Worre's membership.. He left and moved all his members to his own platform.. Well I suppose that didn't cancel your membership with Nowsite.. Now they charged me for another year of $189. You can only cancel thru an email and not your profile. They refuse a refund. Stay away from Nowsite. Hopefully they will be out of business soon. All so they can keep a membership fee. What a scam and ripoff.

To clarify, your annual charge was fully refunded as soon as our team was able to locate your account and confirm the cancellation request. There was significant confusion at the time because a third-party trainer transitioned his members to a separate platform, and many customers understandably assumed that this also cancelled their Nowsite subscription. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to us, which created issues like the one you experienced.
We absolutely do not want anyone to be charged for a service they did not intend to continue, and we refund any customer in that situation — including you.

The setup questions you saw are standard because Nowsite is a marketing platform built for entrepreneurs and business builders — including Lifewave brand partners. That’s why the system asked for your business category. This is normal, expected, and required for proper account creation.
You declined to provide the basic information the software needs and then left this review within minutes of contacting us — despite the fact that we were actively responding to you.
Your account has been reset as requested, but it is important that the facts are clear:
