NOW leasing asked us to pay for the things which were not present at property in first place.
Very dodgy company. Avoid them at all costs.

Do not ever use this company. Lease a house with stove and aircons not working months for repairs.
In the wet season roof leaking house made uninhabitable. STILL WAITING ON COMPENSATION?????????

On signing the lease I was told the grass would be cut prior to me moving in. It was not (5 acre property). I was told by the agent the owner used Crystal Pools to care for the pool, but they had no contact with the owner for a number of years as he serviced the pool himself. It was not for a few months that it was established some of the pool equipment was not working which had caused me to spend more money trying to keep the pool balanced. I reported maintenance issues with the property most of which were never addressed. There was a water leak in the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. A couple of contractors initially attended the house but for some reason claimed to not find a leak. The water leaked through the wall into the bedroom and then out into the garden causing damp, mould and the floor boards to rise. This took 9 months to fix and eventually I received a rent reduction by $35.00 per week which did not cover having no use of the third bedroom for so long. When the lock jammed on the front door I was left with a whole in the door whilst I waited for a replacement lock. On a Friday afternoon in the wet season when the power was out as someone had knocked down the power line in the road. Power water advised that some of the work on my side of the fence may need to be done by the owner of the property. I called Now Leasing at approximately 1650hrs to get directions on who I should contact after hours for a fix and was greeted by a very rude woman who did not want to help me and stated she was turning her phone off at 1700hrs. As I did not want to be without power for the weekend I had to push to get the information I required as it was not given freely. During my lease I lost count on of how many property managers I was assigned. Now leasing failed to list numerous issues on the incoming report, which I spent a week completing to cover my own deposit on exit. On leaving the property last month it was confirmed at the outgoing inspection there were no concerns with how the property was handed over. I kept the house and outside area spotless however I then had to pursue Now Leasing to get my deposit back. After a number of emails sent to them on the 7th working day I send an email quoting the real estate legislation. Within that hour my deposit was returned. I would have to say the service from Now leasing had been appalling. Think twice before using this company.

Find the company good and helpful. One thing we would appreciate,
during this COV-ID period, is the occasional phone call from our property manager, just to check in and see if everything is okay.

They are fantastic and keep you in the loop at all times. The market is a little slow at this time but our unit was tenanted in just over a week. I have never has a real estate agency as competent. Highly recommend and worth the small extra % expense

Thorough with house inspections but often slow to respond to requests in email

Seemed good at first but went downhill quickly. Refused to follow the rules as specified by the REINT or to fix the mess they made. They won’t be getting my business again. Overall a very disappointing experience.
