I unfortunately had a preceptor denied by my school which put me days within missing my deadline for my next rotation. Ale and Mar were amazing in working to help secure a new preceptor before that deadline. This is my 2nd time using NPHub and my experience has been amazing working with them!

Ale and Mar are so amazing. They are helpful, sincere, kind, and make sure that you are absolutely connected with your preceptor even after the acceptance. I appreciate the hard work they put in so I can continue my journey to becoming a PMHNP. Honest, I thought I should give up finding a preceptor until I found NPHub and worked with Ale and Mar. I will never forget the help I have received and the relief I felt when I had help with something I thought maybe would never happen as I had contacted sooo many sites on my own and either was told "no" immediately as my school is online and not in Florida where I reside, or never heard a response at all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will always be grateful and will definitely use this service as Ale and Mar helped to ease my fears, worries, doubts, anxiety, etc, with their confidence, knowledge, perseverance, and continued assessments. NP Hub has truly been a lifesaver. Finding an FNP clinical placement can be incredibly stressful, and I’m so grateful that a service like this exists to help students secure the placements they need to continue their programs. Their support made it possible for me to move forward with my clinical rotation when I wasn’t sure how I was going to make it happen. I had a great experience with NP Hub, especially working with Mariale and Dani. I was in a very difficult situation where my original preceptor unexpectedly became unavailable with only a short amount of time remaining before my clinical deadline. I had already completed the onboarding process at Wellstar, so I asked if they could help me find another clinical placement within the same health system to avoid having to start the entire onboarding process over again. Mariale and Dani immediately went to work and were able to secure another qualified preceptor within Wellstar very quickly. They stayed in constant communication with me, coordinated with the preceptor and site, helped resolve paperwork issues, and continued following up until everything was approved and my clinical dates were arranged. What impressed me most was how responsive they were then the situation became time-sensitive. I never felt like I was left trying to figure out the placement piece on my own. They understood my deadline and genuinely worked with me to find a solution. I am grateful for Mariale and Dani for helping turn a very stressful situation around. NP Hub is kind of pricey but they was a saving grace, helping me finding me a preceptor with only 2 weeks to spare. Alejandra Espinoza and Margarita Gutierrez were amazing! They responded timely and made the process super smooth. Thanks for all of your help!

I’ve had a great experience with NPHub so far. I’ve completed three clinical placements with them and am currently working on my fourth one. Finding preceptors can be challenging, but Camilo and Steph have always been helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the process.
I’m currently learning so much in the Neurology and Stroke Department, especially with neurological assessments, stroke care, clinical decision-making, and working with the interdisciplinary team. These experiences have been very valuable for my growth as an NP student. I’m truly grateful to NPHub, Camilo, and Steph for all their support!

Camilo and Steph are great student coordinators!! They found my preceptor within two days which really helped take a load off. They consistently reach out to me offering help and assistance. Because of them, I’m sticking with Np hub throughout my practicum process.

I have to use NP Hub twice for finding preceptors close to rural Indiana. Both preceptors they have for me are highly qualified and both learning experiences have been positive. I highly recommend NP Hub to any FNP student looking for a preceptor! Finding a clinical preceptor can be one of the most stressful parts of an FNP program, but NP Hub made the process so much easier and more convenient for me. They helped me find a preceptor and guided me every step of the way throughout my clinical experience.

Their team was supportive, responsive, and always willing to help whenever I had questions or concerns. Having that guidance gave me peace of mind and allowed me to focus more on my studies and clinical learning instead of worrying about finding and coordinating a preceptor.
