This is my second time using NPhub, and both times I received great service. Astrid and Stephenie were very kind and professional, always checking in and following up making sure everything is completed and in a timely manner.

I'm a PMHNP student and about three weeks before my rotation was supposed to start, my preceptor backed out. I panicked, honestly. I reached out to Nathalie and Astrid not really expecting a quick fix, but they jumped on it immediately and found me someone new before I even had time to spiral. They solved it, and then actually checked in throughout, explained what was happening…they never made me feel like a problem to manage. Nathalie has this calm, reassuring way about her, and Astrid is sharp and clearly knows the placement landscape inside and out. Genuinely grateful for both of them!

I had a really great experience with NP Hub and would definitely recommend them. Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly, and very courteous. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything along the way. I really appreciated how helpful and responsive they were throughout the process. My experience with NP HUB has been top tier thus far. They are very responsive. They answer all my questions, putting my fears at ease. Steph and Camilo alone helped me through, what was turning out to be a very stressful experience.

Finding a preceptor can be extremely stressful as an NP student, but they made the process so much easier and were always available to answer my questions and keep me updated.

I used NP Hub for all five of my clinical rotations, totaling more than 625 clinical hours. At the beginning of my final year, they had all of my rotations arranged within about four weeks. That meant my placements were organized roughly a year in advance, while some students were still trying to work out their placements only six months before their rotations were due to begin.

NP Hub clearly understands the clinical placement process and what universities require. They made sure dates, hours, scheduling, and telepsychiatry versus face-to-face requirements were confirmed for each rotation.

I was extremely fortunate with the five preceptors I was matched with. They were professional, knowledgeable, and willing to push my clinical thinking. The experience went well beyond simply completing required hours. We discussed medication management, tapering and deprescribing, clinical risk, documentation, treatment planning, and practical aspects of working as a PMHNP, including some of the business side of practice.

For anyone considering using them, my advice would be not to leave clinical placements until the last minute. There are relatively few preceptors available for some PMHNP rotations, and the good ones can book up very quickly. Arranging mine early took a great deal of uncertainty out of the final year.

Looking back over five rotations, five preceptors, and more than 625 hours, I had a consistently positive experience and would use NP Hub again.

What has stood out most is how genuinely kind and attentive they are. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been patient, professional, and willing to help. It’s clear that they care about the people they work with and take pride in providing a great experience.

I am currently in my first clinical rotation. Paula and Nathali have been super helpful with this process. They ensured my school had all the necessary paperwork and checked in frequently to make sure I was good to start clinical.
I highly recommend this service. I work FT, teach PT and didn’t have the capacity to look for a preceptor.
