I had a very positive experience in all dealings with NRG. From first contact to after sales service the company was professional in every way. Everything was explained patiently and the company was very efficient in all my dealings with it.
They came to my house at the time they said and they left the house in a very tidy state. The system is working very well and the grant application was well handled and it came through very quickly.
I contacted them for some after sales advice and they showed extreme patience towards me to ensure that I was happy with everything. The after sales "problem" was totally my fault but NRG still talked me through everything so clearly.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your needs.

Easy pre-sales. Lots of advice from personal experience. The engineers who did the install offered more advice, listened, and suggested a better design on the day. The electricians gave us a good walk through everything after the installation.

The site visit was an equally pleasant experience without any sales pressure.
The visit from the engineer was also informative and pleasant.
The installation team were courteous, efficient and very tidy. The work was carried out in 4 hours. We were consulted on all aspects of the installation.
The Administration team were equally courteous, professional and efficient. They were helpful from the outset and they took care of all grant applications.
We are delighted with our solar panels and also that our BER is now A1.

NRG made the whole process, from the first point of contact to the actual installation very easy and efficient. They were punctual, tidy, polite and friendly when working in and around the property. The initial meeting was via zoom - every question we had was answered clearly and knowledgeably. We then had a site visit where we got to ask any other questions - Paudie was so helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending NRG if you are considering solar pv.
