Lovely friendly guys to deal with, they couldn't do enough for us, very professional and clean and tidy too,
Big focus on safety and they didnt rush into the job, everything was explained in detail before they left.

Very professional quick clean in and out very professional

NRG were great to deal with. If employees are a reflection of the company; this is a very good company.

Back in late 2023 we decided to change our heating from solid fuel to a Heat pump and to install solar pv panels as there was significant SEAI grants for both,
NRG Panel could do both installations so we decided to go with them.
The Solar PV panels were fitted the end of January 2024 and the Daikin Heat pump 8 days later.
The 10 solar were fitted and working in about 4 hours
and the Heat pump plus radiators fitted and working in two days,we were very happy with both teams for their work tidiness and friendliness.
It's early days yet but we are very happy with both systems.

NRG explained the process and answered all my questions on a video meeting. The team that did the pre-installation planning also explained how it would be done. The installation itself was done in one day without a hitch and the BER was done a few days later. Very satisfied.

All the people involved were excellent, the sales person, the surveyor, the admin, and the installation team. The installation was very quick and there was very little disruption. They were all helpful and left the place clean.
The customer experience could be improved if people involved were working more as a team, it seemed at times that one didn't know what had been discussed with others.

Overall NRG were very good to deal with. They came when they said they would. The installation took more than one day because there was a hurricane blowing on the first day and they had to abandon due to the danger of handling the panels. Came back the second day and finished everything. Tradesmen were excellent and even repaired a few slates for me on the roof that had been broken for ages. Everything working perfectly since installation.

From the offset they were ok to deal with, had booked by date for 3 months then a week before installation they rand to try and change dates which they were told no, tried again two days later and gave me a different date again told no, one of the admin personnel sorted that to be fair, the install was good, very clean. Then the icing on the cake the most non-customer centric/ignorant administrator rand me 24hr post installation looking for the rest of the payment, when I pointed out the BER was included in the price and hadn’t been completed she got quite irate and told me the grant could be delayed. I spoke to SEAI and there is several months left in my grant, I emailed their office about her and to be fair a manager rang me directly at 8.30pm the same night and was very apologetic. To expedite the process I arranged for the BER to get completed myself even though it was their responsibility.
In short if you use them, confirm your date and do not change it unless a storm named ‘Mike Tyson’ is forecast and ask for a point of contact and not the person in grant administration who really could do with some customer care training.

Exceptional service, we had great communication & ongoing updates from the team prior the to visit so we knew when to expect them , which allowed us to plan our day. We really appreciated the efficient service and the clear explanations on how to make better use of the app along with tips on how to get the best efficiency to charge our car. Overall a very good experience. Kevin was very helpful.

From our first call with Seán, we felt we were in good hands. The engineer arrived and explained the installation procedure clearly.
Work team arrived on time and had the job finished and cleaned up by midday. We are delighted with the results. We never thought that "Eddi" would become our best friend.

The team from the onset were professional in all transactions and looked after the small bits such as the grant application and the close out. In particular I was impressed with the efficiency installation over the 2 days. Would recommend NRG Panel

Absolutely fantastic job from ,initially making call to dealing with Kieran .No pushy sales just facts . Installation was brilliant great team of guys in and out 18 panels finished in about 5 hours no dirt or fuss .i will be getting a heat pump install from them later in the year .
