If I could give zero stars I would!
Absolutely not fit for purpose. Nobody in this company knows what they are doing or takes accountability for anything. Management are non existent! I am now going to MP’s to deal with this company

My hubby is dying this Xmas on a camp bed because 5 failed attempts and broken medical beds show your total disregard for a dying man! You are vile and disgusting and I will make it my mission to make sure your company loses its contacts since you can’t deliver a vital medical bed to ease my husbands passing. Enjoying your Xmas dinner while he lies in agony on a camp bed. You are the lowest of the low! Your website says you take complaints seriously - not by what I read on this site / you don’t give a DAM!

My Physiotherapist made a request for my bannister rail to be rehung as it is falling off the wall and unsafe for me to use.I have for the last week been playing telephone tennis.I get a vm to say call to book appt.but when I fo it is not within the person answering thephone,not within their capability and neither can they transfer the call and neither can they give a timescale for the call back.due to my disability I can't carry the phine with me and neither can I run for the phone.NRS need to review their customer contact policy to ensure a much improves service delivery and customer experience

NRS is not professional al all they can give appointment and not turning up for the appointment it second nature of this company, my wife can’t use the electric be, previously we waited more than 6 months for a betray replacement for toilet lift. They have lost it 3 time according to the OT. The authorities need to investigate this company.

I have been trying to get equipment collected since a family member died - hopeless! twice now I have waited fofr hours for a collection and they have not arrived. The call handlers seem unable to do anything to ensure the service is delivered

Having had similar experiences to most here it is necessary to take action. Please write to the CQC, your local MP, your borough health board, media sources, Steve Barclay MP. It is only when sufficient complaints are received that action will be taken against this company

I like to congratulate NRS Healthcare Hove Sussex on the wonderful service they give from the Office to the Drivers everyone is absolutely brilliant so polite and caring, I'm so grateful for everything they've done for me at a very difficult time of my life thank you all so much I don't know what I'd have done without you all.

Numerous technician visits have been booked over the past 2 months (Sept to Nov 2023) and no one shows up.
When you call to complain you get a token apology, the visit is rebooked and the same thing happens.
I can't believe this is a professional company that is supposed to care for people with specialist needs.

He phoned to say he was on his way and arrived promptly. The inflatable mattress was installed on the bed - polite and helpful.

THIS COMPANY CAN NEVER IMPROVE. DISTRIBUTION DEPOT AT WALTON SUMMIT IS ORGANISED CHAOS. SOME PRODUCTS COVERED IN DIESEL SOOT. VERY BAD FOR HEALTH.

BOYCOTT NRS use other companies and if Westminster send tjem IF THEY EVEN TURN UP Turn them away .They are unprofessional and a bunch off cowboys .Shame on them.They are very lucky Im not sueing tjem fir wasting 2 whole days of my time .Then you call me today adter 2 months after I requested a Manager call back .Still not a manager.Your a disgrace

I’m giving one star because they tend to answer their phones (after a considerable time). As to the service delivery don’t hold your breath, appointments never kept. They text in the morning to give you an estimated time, you wait and wait and no one ever turns up. I am still trying to understand why the London Borough that appointed this atrocious business to take over from Medequip.

This company needs closing down ,take goverment money but the service throughout the company is terrible, there's no care in the company at all

The most terrible service I ever experienced, avoid it at all costs.

Told by text to receive goods between 11.18 and 13.18. (I am 4 miles away keyholding for my friend in hospital). At 10.19 get text saying 3 calls before our delivery. Get in car , arrive 10.40 to find card saying missed delivery. Contact 'customer care' to be told ' We NEVER give a time for delivery. That's ok then. So their mission is not accomplished and I am effectively called a liar.

Have used this company 4 times and every single time they fail to deliver what they say and in time. My wife was discharged from hospital with terminal cancer and they delivered bed 8 hours late. No apology. Nothing. Have now been waiting 11 hours for them to pick up equipment - no sign of them. My wife diied and I was receiving phone called from them asking to speak to her and for equipment back. TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NHS NEEDS TO STOP USING THEM.

Rude, condescending, poor management and organisation.
Jess and her office team are the worst people ive ever had to deal with! This was over 2 years, not just 1 occasion!
The delivery and service guys are great though, very professional.

Absolutely terrible customer services, failed to deliver an electric bed for my disabled mother despite our being assured that the delivery date/time. Even received a text to confirm delivery. When it didn't turn up we were told it was out of stock! No apology or explanation why they had assured us it was on it's way. We had disassembled the original bed and had to put everything back together again. This company should not have NHS contracts - dreadful
