NSS Lending - Purchase and Renovation Loan
I'm a newer investor closing on my 3rd real estate project. Neil and Terry helped every step of the way in securing the best financing option for me, even with the lending crunch caused by Covid-19. They were extremely knowledge, personable and quick to answer any question that arose.
I plan on using them again and highly recommend for any financing options!

Sitting here on a Sunday morning looking for a lending solution for starting a new line of work I had been considering for several years now when I seen a FB post about NSS Lending. A message box opened,I sent a text not expecting to get anything back until the next day when Neal quickly responded back.Since my primary lending would not be used in real estate Neal directed me to another lender he know that specialized in exactly the loan type I was seeking. Well I'm now proof that his help has opened big doors for me by qualifying and receiving a loan for a business startup in agriculture.And it all started on a Sunday morning because Neal went out of his way for me.Thanks again.
