After wasting months of my time with 3 other lender to do cash out refinancing, I finally got it done with help of Teri and Neil. They are always available to answer promptly all the questions. Came Thru in the Clutch
Neal and Teri did a great job facilitating my loan. They spoke directly to the old lender, bought extra time to close the deal and despite having a lower than expected appraisal, we got it done the day before the drop dead date. Way to go guys.
