I had to replace the mask on my…
I had to replace the mask on my existing CPAP. It was far more expensive than I thought it would be. It's also pressing harder on my nose causing a minor skin break.

RESMED CPAP - Would highly recommend
Received my CPAP machine with the prescribed settings. Customer service is prompt and quick in responding. Very good communication. Separately ordered the mask and received it in two days. They had very good discounts on the products that I purchased as part of their end of financial year / season sale.
The CPAP machine and the mask are of very good quality. Last but not the least I am sleeping very well with the help of CPAP. Thank you.

My order of Purdoux mask wipes was damaged during shipping. I did not expect the products to be replaced; I just wanted to bring attention to the issue. NSW CPAP promptly replaced the face masks, and the order was received the next day. This level of customer service is commendable.
