Very quick and easy

CPAP was very good to use and I recommend it.

Every time I go to the CPAP business I always receive a lovely hello and extremely helpful advice.

calling office whilst at hospital Sleep Studies, asking for data from my machine... called and left 4 messages, over a 45minute time frame.
No data supplied to HospitalService, so a waisted visit... drove passed Miranda office, OutOfOffice sign still on door.... team member inside... went in door, asked them about answering phones or message banks.. and advised she was their the whole time, and no calls came thru.. and not even a message form Answer machine to the nmiranda team.
Had the pleasure to receive a call from central office, or whoever is responding on phones... 27 hours later.
waste of time.
Will be seeking other suppliers if I can't simply call the miranda team.

We had a very successful experience buying both the resmed cpap and mini machine and all the associated hoses and masks..they were very helpful and happy to answer all my questions..I would recommend them

Very quick, easy decision. We were shown the various devices and had each explained and chose an upgrade - glad we did. The new machine is quiet as and simple to organise. Melody certainity knows her craft.

I'm disappointed that NSW CPAP's customer service is no longer as responsive as it was three years ago. It now takes several days to receive a response through the online chat or by email, and it's often difficult to reach anyone by phone because calls frequently go unanswered.

Three years ago, the team was prompt and efficient in responding to enquiries, but my recent experience has been quite the opposite. I suspect this may be due to a shortage of staff. It's a shame to see NSW CPAP, which once stood out for its excellent customer service, becoming like many other companies in this regard.

I went to an appointment for a specific purpose after discussing my issue over the phone in detail - I was told the machines would be available to see and listen to and that all questions would be answered. This was not the case - the poor staff member had no notes, no knowledge of the discussion I had had - no machines available and was showing me YouTube videos - seriously I could have done the whole thing by myself ! Waste of time ! The office was a mess and the whole experience was concerning

Very prompt, well packed and a bargain. The package arrived 3 days early too!

The lady in the shop was very knowledgeable 100% if you physically go there.
Could not ask for more.
