I was a little sceptical of ordering through Nubie after reading a couple of other negative reviews, but I needn't have been! The Nubie team were really helpful from the off, answering the many questions (email/ phone) I had about the Vox bed and mattress options for my son. The bed arrived in the timeframe given and no problems at all with delivery etc. The products are clearly quality and my son is now so in love with his new 'most comfortable bed ever' that he stays in it all night through - first time in 8 years. Would happily recommend.

What an Amazing customer service i had received. I bought bunk bed for kids and it came with little problem on a part (finishing was not good) .

Customer service got back to me almost immediately when I emailed them and sorted out the problem.

After reading the reviews on here I doubted buying anything from Nubie Kids. But instead I messaged them to check the item I was wanting to buy was definitely in stock and that it would be dispatched within the timeframe as quoted on the website. Within a few minutes a lovely lady called Lizzie replied and confirmed it was and would be sent the following day. I soon ordered using the first purchase discount for new subscribers and as stated it was dispatched the next day. My item arrived within a few days via DPD through Royal Mail and was the exact item I ordered. I messaged for the tracking number and this was also sent so I could track the delivery. It’s absolutely perfect and I’ve been waiting to get this for so long I’m so happy. I bought the Nobodinoz Lion Cushion and it looks lovely in my little boys nursery. Thank you Nubie Kids. I will be ordering again soon in the future. If ever in doubt reach out to them on message before deciding to judge on the reviews. You might actually have a much better experience than others. Some people are quick to leave bad reviews but never about excellent experiences.

Ordered bedroom furniture for my daughter, the staff were amazing with my initial queries and arranging delivery to meet my needs. Delivered on time, beautiful furniture, my daughter loves her new room, thank you Nubie.

I recently bought several items for my nieces and I'm so pleased with the items and the service. I needed to make some changes to the order and the lady I spoke to was super helpful and made sure it was all sorted for me - it's refreshing to be able to speak to a person on the end of the line! The items arrived in great condition and really quickly. I'd recommend to family and friends and will definitely be buying from Nubie again in the future.

Very disappointing customer service. I ordered a high chair, after two weeks I had heard nothing so I enquired only to be told the item was out of stock. I was offered an alternative and so proceeded to order this. When it arrived (a week later than promised) I put it together and realised it was far too small to be described as a high chair. I returned the item at my own expense, and then was told I couldn’t get a full refund because the box wasn’t in perfect condition and they couldn’t resell the item and I was charged £45 for ‘repackaging’. The item itself was in perfect condition. I am entitled to open the box before deciding if I want to keep it. I have also had no response to my last email. They are obviously trying to just ignore me because they don’t want to refund the full amount. Overall I found them to be quite rude and unhelpful. Will definitely not be shopping here again.

I’ve placed an order for kids bed which supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks time and the lead time has been confirmed by a manager. I’ve then emailed the company 3 weeks later to find out when the order is arriving but my emails were ignored. After I've called them I was told that the bed has not been dispatched from EU yet. I wish they could have informed the customers if they experience any delays beforehand.
We have now agreed they can do express shipping which is good.

What happened: Yesterday, I clicked a button called "Place Order" for a bed advertised for sale by Nubie. I did it because the advertised price was attractive. I approved a transaction via my bank for the money involved. An hour later I got an email saying my order could not be fulfilled.

What I did next: tried to call the website where I placed the transaction (not Nubie). When I spoke to the Company, they said (pleasantly enough) they were sorry, but it was really Nubie's fault.

What I did next: I spoke to Nubie. They said (also pleasantly enough) that it wasn't their fault either.

Summary: I pressed "Place Order" for something that was going to be sent to me by Nubie, and in fact I got nothing. I thought I was accepting an offer to buy goods. Nubie and Notonthehighstreet.com say I wasn't. That's not what "Place Order" suggests to me, especially when it was quickly followed by a notification from my Bank that money needed to be made available for the purchase.

Hence my one-star review.

Bought a wardrobe it has bad paint smells coming from it and it’s been several weeks and they have handled things so slowly. No refund, furniture hasn’t been removed from my house yet, they had the cheek to say we’ll give you 35% discount if you keep the wardrobe. When the paint fumes are making me ill they expect me to keep a wardrobe. Appalling! And the worse thing is that its a toddlers wardrobe.

Fast refund when requested, but very much lacking in customer service or service recovery. No apology, no attempt to keep my custom.

Ordered online and couldn't be happier with items or speed of delivery.
