Rebecca worked very hard to achieve a mortgage for us but because of our situation and no fault of hers she's unable to obtain one for us. Michelle and myself had the best experience dealing with Rebecca, her always happy outlook made dealing with the circumstances easier and we both would recommend her and the other members of the Nuborrow team they will go the extra distance to achieve your goals.

I attempted to get a home equity loan from my bank to pay off a few debts and to upgrade my furnace. Of course the bank said no.
I contacted Ashton at Nuborrow to see what if anything Nuborrow could do. Ashton went to work immediately and in a few days he had a lender and a plan.
There were a few hiccups during the process, mainly trying to get a home appraisal so close to Christmas.
Ashton was always there keeping us updated and answering all our questions. In the end everything worked out for the best. Now our debts are paid, the furnace is good and we are making upgrades to the house.
