We have worked with Nuborrow a few times now and are still happy with their service. They worked with us to find us the best deal possible and were there to support along the way.

From the start of my application to the finish approximately 1 month later and numerous emails later, my last name was still spelled wrong. Many delays in responding to questions and requests. To many people involved and no communication between each other.
A proposal was finally presented to me having me pay $17,000 in fees and commissions and $40 more per monthly payment. The lender they found was the same lender i insisted on paying off due to their high interest rates and $2,100 renewal fee. This was the result of nuborrow apparently sending my application to 46 different lenders????? The deal they presented was suited to fill their pockets only. 100% not working in the clients best interest, and what is good for them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS COMPANY

I had the best experience with Ronnie from NUBorrow he was efficient helpful and very understanding with my needs the stress level went down after our first conversation it was quick easy and I couldn’t be happier

I can't say enough how great our Nuborrow mortgage specialist was for my wife and I. Becca Pipher is seriously great at her job! Becca was super attentive and clearly cared about the process like this was her mortgage. Is there a better compliment than that? My wife and I repeatedly said throughout the process that Becca went over and above what was likely typical for a mortgage specialist. We had MAJOR communication issues with our real estate lawyer and team and Becca fought for us daily to try to keep our lawyer accountable for process and timelines. Bottom line, if you are looking for a mortgage specialist that will work with you every step of the way and answer all your questions very quickly (usually same day) Becca is your lady! I would happily communicate more details if anyone needs more praise? Do yourself a favour and reach out to Becca Pipher at Nuborrow Mortgage Broker yesterday!!!
