We ordered an Artichoke pendel. we recieced it in 1000 pieces an had to do all the assembling ourselves. The parts did not fit and the quality are really bad. Do not buy anything from that firm.

I have also placed an order at Nue- modern and have sent three emails that were not replied to! One requesting color samples and two asking about the delivery of my order. NO REPLY!
I am also worried, if e mails are not replied to is the order ever coming?!!!
Part 2. After reading my review you replied to me and sent my order…. It would help more if instead of replying with distorted excuses you would apologize…
I will however revert with positive comments when my order is well received.
Two months after ordering I received it. Some relief! It was well packaged. I had to pay taxes for it.

I ordered a light from Nue Modern. While, due to unforeseen circumstances, the item did end up not arriving and got lost during shipment, the customer service was at all times impeccable and the company refunded me after unsuccessfully trying to recover the item. Trustworthy and helpful! Four stars as the item did unfortunately not arrive, which is however not seller's fault.

Excellent costumer experience and superb products
The costumer experience was excellent, direct and considering all my questions, showing a good knowledge of the products sold. I've felt that Michael was supportive, and gave me trust and reassurance for my purchases. I'm very happy with the quality of the materials, and the superb craftmanship of my products. Nue Modern was always correct keeping me updated about the process of delivery. Its quite understandable the slight delays in deliviring due to pandemic times and Brexit new situation. Overall I'm very satisfied with the experience. I higly recomend Neu Modern, for its customer service attendance and cutting edge designs.

I contacted the company about the Soriana chair that they sell. I received a reply from Michael via email the next day, so I was quite happy about that. However, I still had some questions (e.g. about when certain fabric samples would be back in stock), but even after a week I still hadn´t received a reply. Maybe my email was overlooked (which is not okay, but could happen), so I emailed again as a polite reminder and ask whether they saw my message. I waited for a reponse. After all, it is possible that they are sick or that there is a family emergency or the like, you just never know so I would totally understand that. I don´t know what´s going on because they never got back to me. This is why I sadly don´t feel comfortable ordering anything from this company.

The company seem far more concerned with their Trustpilot scores than actually serving potential customers.

Nue Modern.
I was drawn in by beautiful looking product. Designer pieces at ( slightly ) more affordable prices. If it looks too good to be true though, it usually is!
Paid for fabric swatches 3 weeks ago, end of January. Haven’t received them and had nothing other than an automatic email acknowledgment after ordering.
My chasing emails have not been responded to about the whereabouts of the swatches or to my enquiry for further product info on sofas & chairs.No pick up on the phone either. Where is the sales team?!
Always a good test of credibility with communication of a newly established company before you hit the ‘buy’ button.
Sure, I’m really irritated, but glad I only spent 40p on a swatch than £4K on a sofa that seems from this experience , I doubt I’d ever see!
Lesson learnt, shop elsewhere.

Not great so far. Ordered and paid for samples two weeks ago and nothing. The phone just rings out and I get automated replies via email. I wouldn’t part my money with them - a real shame as their product looks great

They don’t deliver your furniture to your door and you have no choice
Update: “no response to the faulty remote.”
It’s been 2 days since I sent an email but receive no response for this faulty remote.
I’ve bought the ULTRA FRAGOLA MIRROR. The shipment took 5 months to come. But this is not the end. The courier they chose is only for kerbside delivery, and yes they are not selling stationary but big pieces of furnitures. Indeed they gave you the dimension of the pieces but the dimensions of the box are much bigger which couldn’t even fit into my lift.
On top of that the courier they chose, Clintopia Transport was extremely unprofessional. The guy who delivered my mirror came up to me and said, “I expect you have a bf / husband to help bringing the piece to your door.” Even if I have someone in the flat, they have no rights to think by default clients have to help carrying this big furniture up. The mirror cost me £1665. He then said his manager will arrange 2 ppl to come back at noon to bring this up to me with a video of the stairs taken by this delivery guy (3rd floor). After this guy left, their staff called back and said they are not insured to bring this up to me after they promised they would. Then the managing director of Clintopia called and shouted at me making me feel like I was the one who was wrong while I explained to him being nasty of scamming and making failed promise.
That day was Friday, which NueModern is supposed to be opening, I called uncountable times and no one picked up the phone. I emailed and explained the whole situation. But Michael from NM did not apologise and said it was unfortunate because he was out for meeting the whole day. The unfortunate was customers couldn’t be able to talk to anyone from his company which had nothing to do with his meeting outside. He also replied saying his website mentioned the dimension of the piece which I should be responsible to prepare for the delivery. But with making no common sense he suggested me to unbox the mirror and carry it using the stairs which it might break and I will end up “taking full responsibility”. The mirror is 195cm tall and 100cm wide.
They left customers with no choice but to deal with the pieces on your own. Imagine your home doesn’t have a lobby that is locked? And you needed to go to work? Thinking about this expensive piece of furniture would got stolen while you’re working? And came back from work feeling helpless again?
NueModern, if you wanna satisfy your customers, having the choice of adding a bit more delivery charge for a door to door delivery is vital. Especially for big pieces. My experience was from pleasant, excited to disappointed, angry and will not come back again.

Yes it was in your terms & condition, however it would be more transparent if you could put them on each of your product page. Not everyone would imagine you sell furnitures but do not deliver to their home OR AT LEAST TO THEIR DOOR.
Indeed Clintopia is not your company, but this is whom you chose to work with, therefore unfortunately they’re still related to you. They represent you when they deliver your goods. When I met them they were delivering YOUR GOODS FROM NUEMODERN.
I’m not UNCLEARED about your TERMS & CONDITION, I just think my experience from this purchase is not pleasant and actually horrible from buying a luxury mirror. You have way better products than ikea but their options of delivery and assemble service still beating you.

Faulty item, poor customer service
Bought METAPHORA COFFEE TABLE from this website. They showed me a drawing from their Chinese factory and it looks fine. One month later, the image of the actually piece was sent and it looks very different from the images on their website. The shape of one base component was made wrongly and the other one obviously isn’t made form the promised type of marble. Argued with their owner and he insisted that it’s made correctly, refusing to make any changes and insisting it’s not returnable as it’s made to order. Still waiting how this will turn out. A very frustrating experience. Avoid at all cost!

Excellent, trustworthy company. Camaleonda four piece sofa.
I recently bought a four piece camaleonda sofa from Nue Modern and I am very pleased with it. At first I wasn’t sure of the company because there wasn’t many reviews online but then contacting them I was told it’s a new company that only sold directly to interior designers in the past but opened to the public during the pandemic.
I first ordered fabric samples,
The sofa is of excellent quality, comfortable and really smart design. I have seen and sat in the “original” one as well at BB Italia in London so I can compare them. I prefer Nue Modern as I had a lot more options for fabric and colors, and at a more reasonable price range. I ordered about 10 fabric options and had time to find what works for me and ended up going with a light grey Boucle Mix. I wouldn’t know the difference between the two if I had them side by side.
Michael at Nue Modern was helpful and patient during the way and made me feel reassured that everything would run smoothly and answered any questions I had.
Delivery went well, although I wish I could’ve picked a specific delivery time slot as opposed to date but understand that is hard to achieve with such large items.
Happy I found this site and can only give my warmest recommendations and would use them again.
