Severe Design Flaw & Refusal to Honor Returns:
I am writing this to warn other pet owners about major safety and design issues with the Multi-functional airlift dog backpack carrier.
The carrier suffers from a severe structural defect: the design fails to hold a dog straight, causing their upper body to fall forward completely unsupported. This is highly uncomfortable and unsafe for the animal.
When I contacted customer service regarding this defect, they refused to issue a return or store credit. Instead, they offered a $20 discount toward a future purchase. I flatly declined this offer. I have zero interest in spending more money on flawed products from a company that refuses to stand behind its gear or honor basic consumer returns when a product is not fit for purpose.
Save your money and find a brand that prioritizes pet safety and honest customer service.

I would’ve given this negative 5 stars but that’s not an option. I was shocked by the quality when my “sweatshirt” arrived. The material is incredibly thin and cheap-feeling, especially considering the price, and mine actually arrived with a hole in the hood.

For something advertised as a quality sweatshirt, this was nowhere near what I expected from the photos and description.
Extremely disappointing quality. I would not recommend purchasing from NUGGAL unless you want a shitty piece of cloth that will disintegrate off your body and your dog will definitely fall out of.

The item they sent is of unbelievably poor quality; the color of the item is different from what was shown on their site. Yet the company refuses to honor the refund policy on their website. Everything about this company is a scam. Stay away.

Scam company. Ordered from them and received something completely different after nearly 4 weeks shipping. Reached out and all I kept getting was an automated response that said item was delivered. No refund can’t get a hold of anyone. hundred percent scam.

Terrible terrible for trying to return item..Will not give refund for carrier item that doesn't fit pet..I wanted refund !

Their return information is completely false. They will not return your items saying that it is simply too costly to return it. I had no idea that I would need to return to China and that I would never have any normal human interaction regarding a purchase. I bought a dog carrier for almost $60 that took a very long time to arrive and is unreturnable.

I highly would never recommend this company. They are scams. Their products and description so deceiving. They refused to refund return items. Please never buy anything from this company.

Actually received my item after two weeks straight from China, ended up being horrible quality. Wanted to start a return and company refuses to honor their own policy. Offered me a $20 coupon to buy a new one… laughable. Now won’t respond to my emails whatsoever. After reading reviews on their website I believe they are mostly all fake. There are multiple repeated reviews. My fault for not reading them all and seeing the red flags.
