Not state certified
I was informed by the state of Georgia that their doctor wasn't allowed to refer people to the program. I was denied because of their administrative issues. Super misleading.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Been waiting online for a Dr. consultation multiple times, multiple days. Each time I ask the chat how much longer I get a very rude response. Tyler being the absolute worst. GO ELSEWHERE

Thank you for sharing your experience. Georgia recently implemented several program changes that have caused longer‑than‑normal wait times, and the state is currently experiencing low doctor availability. We’re onboarding additional providers now to help bring those wait times back down.
I also reviewed your chats with Tyler. He was not intending to be rude — his responses were polite and professional, though I understand they may have felt abrupt given the delays you were experiencing. Your frustration is completely valid, and I’m sorry the wait made everything feel worse.
We appreciate the feedback, and we’re actively working on improvements so patients can be seen much more quickly moving forward.

Long Wait Time for Doctor
I have tried to see a Dr. 5 times now. Each time, I've wated for more than 30 minutes. Today, is my 5th attempt. Still waiting at an hour and 15 minutes. Customer service has not been responsive. I messaged the Dr., and she was unresponsive. Terrible experience. Not sure if I will be able to get my money back or not. Do not recommend

That combination has unfortunately led to delays like the one you experienced. We’re actively onboarding more providers to bring wait times back down.
I’m sorry you weren’t able to connect with the doctor during your attempts — that’s understandably frustrating. I also reviewed your support chats, and while the team was responding, the delays in the queue made everything feel unresponsive on our side. That’s not the experience we want for anyone.
