Great range of products, fabulous products and swift delivery
Great range of products. The Reed Diffusers we ordered Oud and Amber smell wonderful. We were so impressed we ordered 4 more. NUHR sent an email with a 10% discount that used for the second order. Highly recommend NUHR. Delivery is really quick too.

I purchased the roll on Rose & Oud Perfume…
I purchased the Rose & Oud Perfume Roll-On and unfortunately, I would not recommend it.
My experience was disappointing from the start. When my order arrived, I realised that I had accidentally selected the wrong fragrance. I contacted customer services immediately to explain the mistake, hoping they could help. However, I was informed that I could return the item only at my own expense. As the error was genuine and I had contacted them as soon as I noticed it, I found this quite off-putting. By the time I had paid to return the product and then paid again for delivery of the correct scent, it simply did not seem worthwhile.
In the end, I decided to keep the perfume. The fragrance itself is pleasant and smells nice when first applied. However, the main issue is its longevity. The scent lasts for only about an hour before fading significantly and does not remain noticeable on the skin for very long. I expected much better staying power, especially for an oud-based fragrance.
Overall, while the scent is enjoyable, the combination of poor customer service and the lack of lasting fragrance means I would not purchase this product again. In my opinion, it does not offer good value for money and I would not recommend it to others.

I’m reading the bad reviews and I’m like how??!! I genuinely cannot understand where they are coming from. People are acting like these aren’t BURNING cones, they let off smoke of course! And yes they are super strong, you can’t have best of both, wanting it to mask all cooking smells but not liking how strong they are. I would completely ignore the bad reviews about them not smelling nice if I was you. It’s all down to expectations and personal preferences.
I was generously sent a lovely welcome back ages ago via TikTok and let me tell you I was burning one after another I literally got addicted!! And then I forgot all about my Oud and amber tin until recently so that was a winner. I’ve just ordered the pack of 30 Dubai cones because when I say they smell like heaven I mean JANNAH oh my days… I was burning the Oud and Amber cones months ago in my lantern and even yesterday I just burned a regular tealight candle and I could STILL smell the linger of the cones so then of course I just had to go online and buy more.
Yes they are more expensive but I’ve tried the ones from rituals, ones from Amazon and genuinely none of them compare to Nuhr so take all my money! And for the customer service complaints, can’t even see where they’re coming from either because they have been nothing but lovely to me and watch the ladies on TikTok they’re super sweet. Seems like some people have a personal vendetta.

Purchased the car air freshener, I had a lift in a friends car and could not believe the fragrance. She kindly gave me the website she purchased from and I was amazed at the range that they did. Absolutely amazing fragrance
Amazing fragrance. One cone will fill your home with the most divine aroma that is long lasting. I’m so pleased that I went ahead and bought the box that contains all the fragrances, with a cone holder, plus I was given two free cone pots which was a very pleasant treat. I was impressed with the burning time of the cones. Will most definitely be purchasing again can’t wait until I try all the scents. Will most definitely be gifting to family and friends in the future.

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. I’ve purchased from this company before, but the real problem arises if you need to return something.
I bought a promotional bundle for £37, which included five packs of burner cones and a free tea light and burner. Unfortunately, the cones made me cough, my eyes water, and produced excessive smoke. After I complained, they quickly agreed to a refund—but only if I returned the cones and didn’t return the free gifts.
They then offered just £17, deducting £15 for the supposedly free gifts and £5 for a vague “return assessment” fee. Despite several emails, they never explained or accepted responsibility for these deductions. The emails were dismissive and came across as arrogant.
I even offered to accept store credit instead of a refund, but that was refused too. Very disappointing service, and I won’t be buying from them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the incense cones were not suitable for you and that you were disappointed with the outcome of your return.
For clarity, the Welcome Pack contained five individual packets of incense cones and promotional gifts. Our published returns policy states that opened or partly used incense cone packets cannot be accepted as resaleable returns. It also states that the complete promotional order, including any free gifts, must be returned, otherwise the retail value of retained promotional items may be deducted. We cannot accept the return of a burner that has been used, that is why you were advised to retain this.
As cones from all five packets had been opened and used and the complete promotional bundle was not returned, a full refund could not be issued. The refund was calculated in accordance with the returns conditions applying to the order.
We appreciate that the outcome was disappointing, but our team responded to the correspondence and explained why the refund had been reduced.
The Best Bakhoor Cones I’ve Ordered
I’m ordering again from Nuhr because the service and quality are excellent.
The Haramain and Dubai bakhoor cones smell absolutely divine. The fragrance is rich, long-lasting, and fills the whole home.
If you love authentic bakhoor, these are a must-try. 5/5 ⭐
