Wow, what amazing service. Was made to feel very valued as a customer. Love the product nightdress too. It's a present and I can't wait to give it at Christmas in the beautiful packaging. Thank you, Sanjit x

I received excellent customer service from Sanjit in relation to providing a gift to a relative of mine who had undergone major surgery.
I have previously used Nui Ami for myself and thought that my relative would be cheered up by a lovely gift - Sanjit was very accommodating and went out of her way to deliver. Thank you - Pat.

Beautiful, romantic and comfortable 💜😍
Beautiful, romantic and really comfortable night wear. I am a 36E cup size and size 16 dress size and ordered the 38-40EF size chemise and it fitted perfectly. I’m so pleased I purchased another nightie a week later. Having large breasts i find it hard to fit into the triangles of nighties and end up falling out during the night but these are amazing and keeps everything tucked in very comfortably during the night. 💜 them and will be ordering more x

Great service from afar
The item was sent overseas without delay. Communication with NuiAmi was quick and effective. We had to exchange our purchase for a more appropriate sizing and that went extremely well with regular communication during the process.

Luxurious Stylish Quality Comfort
My order was dealt with quickly (I live in France) it was delivered in a lovely box, inside which, my purchase was beautifully wrapped in tissue together with a hand written note - lovely personal touch! The 'Kimono' PJ's are so stylishly luxurious and comfortable - I love them - I think they may be the ideal 'drinks day wear' on my next cruise!
Thank you Nui Ami - I'll definitely recommend and now I have found you will of course be ordering again

Had some initial problems with using their website but as soon as I made phone contact with one of their staff members it was all 'sweetness and light' by which I mean I received a very personalised and professional response which resolved all my difficulties with one interaction.
Very impressed.
