My garden furniture is stunning. The care of packing is beyond perfect. There could virtually be no damage during transit because of the preparation. The furniture is sturdy and quite beautiful and I will enjoy it for many years to come as its great quality. If only all companies were like Numa Style

Great service and product
I would like to applaud the Numa team.
They deliver a product that is far superior to what others supply for similar or higher prices.
We ordered a full suite with fire pit and electronic pergola with two sides, I cannot stress just how good the quality is, very pleased indeed.
Our delivery was also ahead of schedule and installation went like clockwork. Mike the electrician/fitter was superb.
The guys at Numa (Val and Jonny) go above and beyond to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
If you are thinking of making a purchase then I would highly recommend.

Love the dining set but it's not perfect...
First of all, the customer service was excellent and the entire purchasing experience was very positive.
We purchased the Tribeca 6 Dining Set with the Medium Belgravia Table and, overall, we're very pleased with it. However, there are a couple of minor drawbacks worth mentioning.
Firstly, the internal distance between the table legs is just slightly too narrow for the chairs to fit completely underneath. This would have made storage more convenient and improved the overall appearance when not in use. It's a shame the table isn't around 10cm longer, as that would have resolved the issue.
Secondly, as the table is made from aluminium, it can become very warm—if not hot—to the touch when exposed to direct sunlight. It's something worth bearing in mind, particularly during warmer weather.
Despite these points, we're very happy with the set overall and feel it is a quality product.

Table Leg Distance & Chair Fitting: You make a very fair point regarding the tuck-under clearance. Because we intentionally design our collections to be highly modular—giving customers the creative freedom to mix and match a wide range of different chairs and tables across our entire ecosystem—not every chair shape is universally designed to fit completely underneath every table frame. We appreciate how a bit of extra length on the Belgravia would enhance the storage convenience for your specific pairing, and we will certainly pass this observation directly to our product design team.
Aluminium in the Sun: You make an excellent point about the material properties of aluminium. Because it is highly durable, lightweight, and entirely rust-proof, it is a fantastic material for the elements, but it can indeed absorb heat under intense, direct sunlight. Many of our customers find that pairing the set with an outdoor parasol or utilizing light table runners or placemats during peak summer hours helps keep the surface perfectly comfortable to the touch.

Problem with Aura Parasol
We have the SOHO L4 Extended corner sofa set and rising coffee/ dining table with footstools. We also separately ordered the Aura grey parasol and grey base to match. This furniture is beautiful and the sofa set excellent quality, from what we have seen so far.
Delivery was a little confused as it arrived not on the day we were expecting.
The matching parasol we are however having problems with. The first unit that arrived we couldn’t fix the (safety) ‘screw bolt’ through the ‘umbrella main pole’ to the ‘base pipe’ (step 3 of the instructions) as the holes were misaligned. We had a professional company reassemble for us, as Numa suggested that first we get someone ‘competent’ to put it up for us (!). They also found that the screw holes misaligned. Numa swapped it for us, but we have found exactly the same with the second unit (which the professional company came back to assemble).
We therefore have to be careful opening and closing the canopy as the pole can lift out as it’s not secured. Has anyone else found this please and/ or a way around it as we are unable to find out from the company whether this is happening to any one else. We will look out for reviews.

Lunar sofa
Bought out Lunar sofas last year and the service we had was excellent. We were told we would have to wait for the Table and were kept informed of delivery times and progress and it was delivered ahead of time. We love these they are comfortable and look great in our garden.

We purchased the lunar extended corner set with the beige parasol. The furniture is simple to put together, you can see that it is a quality product. We had great communication through out the process from initial order to delivery. We have had many compliments on the set in the very short time we have had it. Val was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Really happy with my purchase. The delivery was super quick, which I wasn’t expecting, so that was a nice surprise.
I also had a question before buying and the customer service team were great, they got back to me quickly and were really helpful and friendly, which made a big difference.

Aura Grey Parasol
I recently bought the Aura Grey parasol and I’m really pleased with it. It feels very premium and well made, and the base is sturdy enough that I don’t worry about it moving even on slightly windy days. I like that it can be rotated as the sun moves.
Delivery was quick and the service was great, which made the whole experience even better. I also can’t believe how quickly the fabric dries after a bit of rain, which is really handy in the UK.
It looks great in the garden, very modern and stylish. I would definitely recommend it if you want something durable and high quality.
