From first contact with Numa staff, they were responsive, helpful & knowledgeable about their products.
Enquiries re the pieces we wanted were swiftly responded to.
On ordering we received communication back immediately & delivery was in 1-3 working days - we had our garden furniture delivered within 2 working days.
The furniture is very high quality, well built,comfortable & the design is contemporary & stylish, we couldn't be more thrilled with it.
We had a piece of our order missing (left on the transport van by accident) and this was sorted out immediately with it being delivered to us within two days to complete our set, with great communication and customer care.
We can highly recommend this outdoor furniture and company on every level.

Love my fantastic Lunar armchairs
Love my fantastic Lunar armchairs, they're big and comfortable, just what I wanted, and they look fantastic in my garden! They were quite a bit more than I had originally been intending to spend, but they are well worth the money, I've had lots of compliments on them and I love them. Delivery was fast and efficient and they were really well packaged. Took 2 of us to put them together as they are fairly heavy, but was easy and didn't take long, just a case of using the supplied tool to bolt them together.
I would absolutely recommend Numa, you get what you pay for with them.

Fabulous corner sofa that came with amazing customer service!
Firstly, I have to say that Numa proved that great customer service can still exist in the retail space! We ordered our furniture and received it within the week. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the boxes. They immediately put this right by sending the correct items and making sure that we were happy, before arranging a courier collection of the incorrect pieces - thanks so much to Val for dealing with this outside of normal working hours.
The furniture looks and feels great - we have a Tribeca corner sofa that’s so different to the usual rattan styles out there. Time will bear out the quality but initially we’re impressed.

Just what we needed to finish our furniture off!
So we had already bought our furniture set. But I felt we needed the foot stools. They finish off our sofa,chairs and fire pit set up perfectly. Only trouble is I keep bringing one inside because they are so comfy to put your feet up on!
