Impressive
Really impressed with the customer service. Had a few questions so contacted Numa via the link. Was so pleased that a real person Jonny immediately responded and helped me choose the right products. 72hours later my order was delivered which was amazing. So many of these garden furniture websites import their goods from overseas warehouses with 12 week+ delivery.
No hesitation in recommending them. Their furniture is the best I’ve seen. 10/10 Numa.

Outstanding quality
I ordered the Bellaire sun lounger set with side table and am over the moon with my purchase.
The quality and design of the loungers are amazing with thick foam cushions and very sturdy and stylish frames. Everything was exceptionally well packaged and I received my order a few days after paying.

Purchased a Garden storage box from Numa and have to say their service and support are fantastic. I had a small issue with the storage box and the people at Numa quickly and effectively took action to solve this issue. I would definitely purchase from them again.

From start to finish the communication and professionalism of Jonny and the team was fantastic. Delivery was as discussed, prompt and efficient, which is unusual for us, as we live in N. Ireland and that is normally an issue for most!

I seriously thought this might be a scam site. It just seemed too good to be true....but honestly, hand on heart, it has been one of the best online purchases and customer services I've had!! Bought the tribeca corner sofa set. Fab communication, arrived quickly in a couple of days and is beautiful. Any issues are dealt with immediately and to complete satisfaction. Can't fault this company at all. So much so...went back and ordered the matching dining chairs!! Would highly recommend and will do to all my friends!!

Fantastic company and customer service
One of the best customer services I have experienced in recent years, their knowledge of the products they represent is second to none. As for the items I purchased, the build quality is exceptional and extremely comfortable to sit on. I was informed when my consignment was due to be shipped and received a photograph via email of the actual pallet and my purchases before it got dispatched. The packaging used to protect my shipment was also of exceptional quality, so much so even my local recycle center commented on the quality of packaging that I was disposing off. I can’t recommend this company highly enough and I certainly will be returning to purchase other items.

The best customer service I have experienced in years. So helpful. Went to the trouble to call us back on a video link to help us with assembly. Which was super easy actually. Incredible quality and service!
The furniture arrived quickly and exceptionally well packaged. Assembling it was simple with nothing to do except join the modules together. The table was assembled already, although with its thick resin top it was an effort to move it.
The quality is unreal. This is solid, well made furniture. The cushions are firm, with thick, soft fabric. The frames are precision made, with thick, even coating. I'm grinning from ear to ear, so pleased with my purchase, and I'll be recommending Numa to everyone.

Premium Garden Furniture with Impressive Support
I was a little hesitant ordering from a newer company, but the garden furniture exceeded expectations. It’s sturdy, looks great, and arrived very well packaged — everything felt properly protected and handled with care.
There was a small issue with one of the chairs, but I have to say the team were quick to respond and very professional throughout. Communication was smooth and reassuring, which really helped.

Great Value for Quality Garden Furniture
Really impressed with the Numa garden sofa and footrest that we purchased. The price compared with the poor quality stuff available from the high street retailers but I think the quality is far better. The fabrics are really good and the sofa is very comfortable.
I always do a lot of research for anything that I buy and I felt confident buying from Numa, the website is good and the Sofa arrived within 2 days.
Only thing I'd say is that we received no notification of delivery and it would have been useful to know in advance so I could make sure I was at home.
