My son is thrilled with this bag. The size is large enough for his laptop and uni books. It looks smart and he can carry his skateboard on it due to the straps. It also holds his flask. Perfect!
Number six delivered it next day, a week before Christmas. I was very impressed with the professional website and updates sent once dispatched.

Delivered quickly. Product as advertised. Easy process

I made a purchase in October but haven’t received it. The bot assistant said they’d get in touch with me after speaking with Royal Mail and two weeks on, I haven’t heard anything back. I tried calling the main number cause usually it’s much easier to chat over the phone. It rings but no one will answer. The WhatsApp number hasn’t been seen since July 2023. I’ve sent many emails which have disappeared into the ether. This has been hands down the most frustrating customer experience I’ve had. Could be easily solved with a timely response and refund.

First order with Number Six, the product arrived swiftly but was the incorrect size, i ordered a medium but was sent a large.

Have been trying to get hold of them since the 2nd of November to arrange an exchange but have had no response. I've called, emailed, whatsapped multiple times.

Can someone please respond to me??

Have been patient with 12 days of waiting but something isn't right here.

Took a week to dispatch it, during that week I emailed you twice with some questions and you didn’t bother to reply. Received the jacket which I sadly had to return, returned it to you at my own expense, you’ve had it for a week, no email from you to say you’ve received it or when I’ll get my refund. I’ve emailed you again this week which you haven’t replied to. I guess you’re ok if everything’s fine, slow but ok. Completely useless if you have a query.

I am trying to get in touch with them about returning/exchanging a product I bought but have had no response for almost a week and have tried all means of communication! I have sent the product back but have not been refunded and no longer wish to exchange for another one.
