DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Non existent customer service. Sent me wrong size trousers, but then no one answers phone or email, can’t leave message, website returns doesn’t work. ZERO RESPONSE AFTER WEEKS OF TRYING.

Sent items back and they havent refunded, has been over a month, no response to emails. avoid.

Undgå. Har returneret en jakke, men nu efter 3 uger intet hørt eller modtaget refundering. Kæmpe scam. De svarer ikke på mails på nogen kanaler. Svindel.

This company is a scam

Trying to exchange an item for a different size but their portal won’t allow returns and they cannot be contacted using phone, email, or instagram. Despite their fancy website and welcome email there is absolutely no customer service.

Avoid at all costs…

My Wife bought a fleece as a Christmas present, but it needs to go back.
They never answer the phone, and the mail box is full. They do not answer e-mails or WatsApp. There are two addresses on their web site. Looked up on Google earth. One is a derelict building, that looks as if it is ready for demolition, and the other one is a self storage unit. The address on this web site is an empty shop. You should not buy from this company

I have emailed three times and called numerous times about an exchange. No one is replying, I have also tried direct message on Instagram. I don't like to leave bad trust pilot reviews but I am being ignored completley which is very different to the suggestions on your website.

Bought Subu slippers as Christmas Gifts, one of the few places I could find them in the UK. They arrived quickly, and even received a personal email thanking me for the order.

Terrible online store with absolutely no after-sales service! The item arrived defective. I tried contacting them via email and WhatsApp, but got no response at all. Highly NOT recommended!

The founder sends a warm thank you email after buying online, but then the support never answers. I bought a 600€ Barbour jacket that has defects only after two days of wearing it. Barbour tells me to contact the retailer but they do not answer my emails.

Cleary not your fault but wanted to let you know - Inpost haven't informed me that the parcel is ready for collection via an email or text message.

Became aware of this brand via their sample sale and they had an amazing selection of clothes. The owner was so nice and helpful and I was very happy with my purchases!

Placed an order to be collected from parcel shop. Had a message to say it had arrived but it hadn’t. Tried to contact Number Six but no responses whatsoever. Then read the reviews to see that missing orders is something that keeps cropping up. Thankfully I’d ordered through Klarna so was able to report it as a problem and I didn’t end up out of pocket. If I’d paid by card then I would have been £102 out of pocket! Avoid!!
