Quick, responsive, informative and reliable

I would advise not ordering from this retailer. Ordered 2nd Feb, shipping notification the next day. Nothing since and no reply to any form of contact. Not an isolated incident from recent reviews here. Must be close to going out of business and cares little about reviews.

Received a Frizmworks sweatshirt from Number Six London. The garment developed a fault after a single wear. I reported this to Number Six customer services on three occasions, but never received a reply.

I purchased the same garment (different colour) from a reputable supplier and noticed differences (both design and quality) between the two garments. So I question the authenticity of the garment received by Number Six.

Scam company!

Ordered a product and never received a confirmation email. Tried to email, call and WhatsApp. Impossible to reach anyone or receive a reply. Stay away from these fraudsters.

Sent me an email to review my purchase for 15% off. I leave a review then it says I don’t get the discount until I share to facebook or twitter. Ridiculous!!!

Very quick shipping to Canada. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again; highly reccomend.

Quite simply - this lot are scammers ! They process order, send a tracking note for Royal Mail but will not send the item. 🐀🐀🐀

Ordered an item on 25th January specifically for a holiday leaving on the 30th. The was showing as in stock and same day dispatch advertised. It was obvious after a few days the item was not coming so sent an email requesting cancellation but no answer. A few days later another email requesting cancellation and again ignored. Now after 8 days I receive notice the item is shipping.

Haven't delivered the item, haven't responded to email. Lost money and have nothing for it. Awful.

WARNING - INCORRECT INFO AND POTENTIAL SCAM

Tried to return item to address listed on google in Streatham and it DOES NOT EXIST. It is a commercial storage site.
Tried to call and WhatsApp and lines are inactive with WhatsApp inactive since August 2024.
Tried to email and no response.
Items did arrive as asked for but THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO PHYSICAL RETAIL LOCATION.
Have reported to trading standards.

I received a faulty item and when I tried to contact the company to discuss things further, there is simply no answer… no customer service and no customer support.

There is literally no way to get hold of this company? They don’t reply or even read the WhatsApp messages. I’ve sent countless emails which no one has replied to. They don’t allow you to message them on social media. Just such poor customer service. I’ve returned something and received an email saying it was received but I’m still waiting on my refund! The item was sent out as the wrong size in the first place. Literally the worst customer service

Has anyone tried to return anything to number six , there is no order number on my item so I can’t create a return, phone numbers don’t work and I have emailed several times with no response. I hope someone gets back to me as I have lost a lot of money.
