I was a bit scared to order as a lot of the last reviews were quite bad and talked a lot about the company being a scam, however I ordered a Carhartt wallet on Friday, received an e-mail confirming my purchase immediately after and got it in the mail today in perfect condition.

Complete scam, i purchased a weekend bag which according to royal mail was returned to the sender because they did not put my correct address. I have made repeated attempts to contact them via email and whatsapp but they do not respond and the phone number doesn't work!

Placed an order and a week has passed without it being shipped, despite the website stating any orders placed before 3pm will be shipped next day. No response to emails since then and phone number does not work. Feels like a complete scam.

Missing half of my order. I have tried emailing several times, called half a dozen, tried their website contact form and reached out on social media but no response.

It has been over a month now and I’m having to go through PayPal to get my money back.

Scam merchants. Bought a pair of trainers that never arrived, and the Royal Mail tracking never progressed. No reply to email, phone or WhatsApp. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a Columbia Fleece and Columbia Down Jacket this week. Only the fleece arrived and the parcel wasn’t even big enough for both.
The invoice included both items but only the fleece arrived… Have contacted them on Facebook and email with no response.
Phone number rings out and the WhatsApp doesn’t work. £95 for a down jacket that didn’t arrive….
My friend lives near the ‘store’ in London and drove to ask for my jacket. Turns out it was a storage facility and not a shop.

Avoid if you don’t want scammed.

Buying jeans is not straight forward when you have big thighs and long legs. There was a good choice, the sizing guide was first class and the fit was perfect. What more can I say! Thanks Team

Amazing presentation too, I bought a few gifts for my brothers bday and everything came wrapped in brown paper so I didn’t need to re-wrap!

The team were also really helpful as I needed some measurements on different brands.
