I am trying to cancel my subscription. I cannot do that since I forgot my password/ and forgot password is not sending an email. tried to call the number (833- 686- 3723) that is not in service. For me number not in service is a very serious red flag.

Extremely educational and plenty of resources

Used it to see how a problem was done but forgot to cancel the free trial reached out to support and they fixed it for me (Thanks Daniel) all in all the service was good

The app works well and has some great features, but I was surprised by an automatic charge after the free trial. However, the support team was very helpful and processed a partial refund as a courtesy. Their customer service really improved my experience.

Not for me, payed for something i wasnt happy with, but numerade refunded me. Still would not recommend the statics and solids help you get here, lots of AI help that dont get it right.

I contacted about getting a refund for the annual subscription and thankfully they offered a full refund minus 1 month. Thank you so much to Kaitlin who helped me. Wish they would send some sort of notification or emails leading up to the subscription renewal though

I had recently received a charge for this website and I thought I had already canceled my subscription and it caused me to think there was fraud on my card, I realize that it was just me forgetting to cancel my subscription. Since I haven’t used my subscription in 10 months, I decided to ask for a refund. They were patient and gave me a full refund minus one month.

A zero stars I tried to cancel my free trial and it would let me and they charged my card for 100 dollars and said I can not get a refund bc they do not do refunds this site is a scam and takes your money

Perfect! Very fast communication! My app told me I had the free version but I kept getting charged for plus I guess in the past so I wasn't able to cancel. Luckily they resolved this fast!

very annoying to use, first time on the site and i couldn't even see the lesson without a pop up saying i needed to sign up.

I used Numerade for an entire year for my 1st year at college. It got me an A in my Calc intro course! Hands down the tool for any student, especially college ones. They ahve expert educators who create accurate, helpful videos, vs. all this AI slop out there in the market. Love it, keep it up!

I forgot to cancel my subscription and when I saw that they charged me even though I didn't use the platform, i sent a request for a refund right away and in less than 24h they responded saying they will figure the refund. Great support which matters a lot to me.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my free trial and was charged for a full year. As soon as i saw the charge, i emailed Numerade support about my situation and they responded later that day and offered me a refund (minus one month) as a one-time courtesy which i will receive in 5-10 business days. Their team handled it professionally and resolved everything fast. I really appreciate the quick support and fair resolution.

Stay away! This is a complete scam. Difficult to cancel the trial and there are no emails to inform you of billing being processed. Customer support is unresponsive, and when you do receive a response it’s a generic blanket response.

Edited to add response after Numerade reply: It is completely untrue about receiving emails about subscription status. There are no emails sent when you’re billed for renewals. To cancel the subscription you have to click through numerous confirmations. Bottom line is avoid Numerade- there are several better and more legitimate alternatives available.

2nd Edit: subscription was not from the @cox.net email. I contacted support on 4/16/25 and received a generic blanket response. I sent follow up questions which received no response. I filed a BBB complaint to which Numerade never responded.

Great site, helped me a lot with my homework! I added the one year subscription by mistake as I wanted to try it for one month. One email and my issue was resolved. Strongly recommend this site!
