Takes over 2 months to come and if it doesn’t come they just say it’s lost in transit then ignore your emails. Worst customer service ever just automated responses. I could probably order a pizza from across the world and it would come faster. You’re better off going with a brand like cymbiotika or purblack. Don’t waste your time with this I highly do not recommend.

I've tried a lot of different shilajit resins & Nurojit shilajit in my opinion is the best on the market.

The overall experience I've had has been good! Gives me a pep in my step and I also notice that it leaves a nice smooth reflection on my face! Without it my face tends to dry up! Some good stuff!

Reviewing the service rather than the product because five weeks after the original delivery estimate I have still not received the product.
The delay was completely at Nurojit's end with the product taking four weeks to reach a US customs facility for export.
When I contacted Nurojit about the delay I was given the same link to track the product that I already had and offered nothing for the inconvenience.
Now the product has arrived in Thailand I have been informed by Thai post I am liable for an import fee that close to doubles the price of the product overall.
I wonder if Nurojit are aware their product carries a sizeable import fee in Thailand? If not, it seems amateurish on their part. If they do and failed to pass the information on in advance of my order, it seems negligent.
Sadly, I will never know if this product does what it says it does because I won't be paying the import fee and the product will return to where it came from.
The whole process has been incredibly frustrating.

Update. They offered me a refund in exchange for removing the review:

Not sure how removing this review will help them "improve our services and ensures a positive experience for all our customers"?
Seems to me they are trying to buy better ratings with refunds.
Not the sort of company one trusts, I would suggest.

It’s only been a month & haven’t noticed or felt any changes. I’ll give it another month before commenting further

Nothing went right at first:
I placed an online order, and a month later an unexpected second payment appeared. It turned out to be a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. On top of that, the delivery never happened – so I had paid twice for a product I never received.

Update:
After contacting Nurojit, they solved the problems. They refunded the duplicate (unauthorised) order, and they also arranged for the shipment to be delivered quickly.
I’m raising my rating from 1 to 3 stars because they did the right thing in the end. The initial experience was still frustrating, but their customer service fixed it properly.

Product is very good quality. Packaging very good. Delivery very good. Repeat buyer and experienced having bought shilijit for 15 years.

NuroJit Pure Shilajit Resin, is a great product my family and I are excited about the results after consuming. In addition, we experienced expeditious delivery! Will purchase again.

I havent seen any other company have such pristine levels of customer service like nurojit does. They have literally responded on emails under 24 hours. They not just replied but also presented solutions in the same email. I dont know how the product is as I have not tried but seeing the service they offer, the product sure wont be any less.

Would like to send an apology for this company I gave them bad reviews and thought they would be a scamming type of company and giving shit to support for it but I was wrong I finally received my package from them. And the address I had sent to is to blame and going to deal with that but other this company is good for there products like I said before been a loyal customer for two years and been using there shilajit for two years and its been good to me.
