It should be only 3 days maybe. Overseas parcels takes shorter than that!!

We tried a new flavour this time, the tropical twist, and it wasn’t for us. The grape flavour is nice as are the other flavours we’ve had.

I’ve ordered 2 tubs of lime & lemon on 2 occasions now. The first arrived in a good timeline and the second order was held up significantly with their chosen courier. This was posted and received in the same state (Vic). The product flavour is great and I highly recommend the product.

Great product. For someone that needs to up their water intake not just during exercise but daily water consumption this product ticks all the boxes. I chose sour apple.

Had a follow up with customer service and their prompt attention to the matter confirmed for me that this company cares.

I have used this hydration mix for a while now and find it to be excellent in giving a boost when one hits that afternoon low at work (construction industry, tradie). In the past I found the lid seal on the tubs a bit leaky so the powder crystalized and became difficult to get out. It seems in my latest batch you have addressed this and included a better lid seal and a bigger dessicant sachet. Ill let you know how it goes when I review my next batch.

Dont bother buying from this company if you expect service. Paid on 22/2/26 - it is now 22/3/26 and I still dont have what I bought.
Even after contacting them I go a lie when told they would post on 16/3/26
And please dont lie and say it is the courier at fault as I have proof you had not sent before 18/3/26

This product tastes like lolly water, I bought the Lemon and lime, grape flavours... Honestly I should have bought the sample packs first cause now I'm throwing away big bucks on a product I will never drink. The sweetener they used messes with my blood sugar balance and I feel awful after drinking it. Naturally no refund once they have your money, Oh the bottle also leaks don't bother buying it, waste of money. I don't recommend this product or this business.

Using for my 10 year old’s intense, long, boiling hot soccer tournaments. Him and his mates love the flavour. They say its exactly like grape jelly. His mates ‘put in orders’ for him to bring them bottles of this. We will be taking to a soccer tournament in Bali where the boys can scoop it out of the jar into the water bottles provided there.

These drinks taste feral. But I guess if you got pots, your stuck with them or sodii which are also gross. I recommend adding half a teaspoon salt to coconut water instead.
