Nuscents Reviews

Best and biggest wax melts that I have ever tried, and I buy wax melts weekly! Honestly, they’re the size of my forearm 😂
The smells last for hours and look lovely whilst burning!
Has become my favourite wax company! Will be trying the other products listed on the website next time!
Fast to deliver and kept up to date with all tracking, especially if you have the “Shop” app!

Ordered 15 various XL snap bars and oh my gosh they are all amazing. So very well packaged and they all smell amazing 😍

Love love love these wax melts, best Ive came across yet. All the different scents Ive purchased so far smell amazing. Wont buy from anywhere else now

The colors The Glitter they even shimmer whilst melted at each step they look wonderful and smell divine…. Xx

Customer service is great, however the wax melts are awful.

At first smell in the packet I very surprised as I could smell the brunt wax smell that happens once the wax melt needs changing. The scents all smelt like this and if they weren’t labelled I wouldn’t have have a clue what scents they were meant to be.

I lit them to give them a fair chance and my opinion only got worse, I couldn’t smell any scent on any of them, just the burnt wax smell and a family actually asked ‘what on earth is that smell’.

Very very disappointed!!!!!

I have seen this company loads of times and as I no longer am in the wax melt industry I thought that it was about time I placed an order!

Lovely website, great option of scents, Prices are amazing, shipping was super quick so they've really impressed me there however..
The wax melts all have this odd smell to them and then the smallest scent throw of the fragrances I picked..they are what I would have sold as "waxidents" as you can tell they've been rushed..all bumpy on the backs and not cleaned up around the edges after being taken out of the moulds.

My honest first opinion was i want to return these, however as I haven't melted them yet, I want to see if the scent throw and smell are any better once melted (I will update my review after this)

Loved my wax melts. I brought 6 xl bars. Arrives quickly, the price is good and the scent lasts a while unlike others I've brought.
I will be ordering again and would definitely recommend.

Love nuscents the wax melts are amazing and super strong smelling and are always delivered quick and efficiently I've been buying these melts for the last couple of years and never been disappointed 🙂

These wax melts are made and sent with love! Wouldn’t shop anywhere else! Always a wee “extra something” in with your order! I love this company and how they operate. Good job guys and keep it up x

Nescents is hands down the best for wax melts.
Kayleigh and her team are amazing.

Nuscents is always my go to for wax melts. Their products are second to none. Have a wide variety of different sizes and scents of wax melts, edp, room sprays etc. Fast delivery and products are always packed with love and care x

Best wax melts I have ever bought! I always buy the XL ones and they last me ages and I've ordered a couple of times from Nuscents now and will always order from here I even recommend them to my friends and family, I've also bought them as Xmas and birthday gifts in the past for people. The frosted eucalyptus is my favourite I always buy 2 when I order my favourite scent ever! And always fast delivery.

This is a great company. I absolutely adore the products (especially the fruity/ clean smelling wax melts). Service is excellent, really quick, and they communicate at every stage so you know what’s happening with your order. Think I’m a little bit addicted to the ‘Passionfruit Martini’ and ‘Aussie Shampoo’ melts!

Never had any problems with the packaging, delivery and communication from Nuscents and they all smell amazing. Thank you

Customer service is amazing. Products were packaged and sent so quickly and I recieved them within a few days which is brilliant. The wax melts smell beautiful and the size of them are amazing for the price. Definitely reccomend this company.

Perfect as always my favourite wax melts, quick delivery packed well. Thankyou!

THE BEST PRODUCTS OUT THERE!! Backed up by exceptional customer service and a very speedy dispatch time! I have yet to come across a scent I’ve not loved! They are all nice and strong and last for ages too! You won’t be disappointed if you buy from Nuscents 🤩

Ordered first time and wasn’t a small order either ordered 8 XL wax bars 3 small snap pots to tests the scents & a room & linen spray have to say the spray is amazing and lasts for ages but I’m a bit disappointed with the wax snap bars as I have tested 4 different ones so far and they don’t smell what they say they are they just smell like hot wax only ordered as seen so many positive reviews on here but also seen a few about the same hot wax smell so I will be back to buying off my original wax melt company

Absolutely amazing! This was my first order and I am literally over the moon with my purchase. So looking forward to trying out all the scents-I bought 14 so will take me a while! Delivery was overnight-impressed is an understatement. Thank you Nuscents-you now have 1 more customer that will most definitely be returning. x
